«ՀՀ տարբեր խորհրդարանականների կողմից արվող քաղաքական հայտարարությունները, որոնցով ճանաչում են Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը` Արցախը ներառյալ, որոշակի խոչընդոտներ են հարուցում», -այսօր Ստեփանակերտ-Երևան հեռուստակամուրջի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ միջազգային գործընկերները շփումների ժամանակ հաճախ վկայակոչում են հենց այդ հայտարարությունները։

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը, խոսելով թեմայի մասին, ասաց` ցավալի է, որ այժմ է Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը արձագանքում, առավել ևս ցավալի է, որ Արցախի նախագահը շատ ավելի վաղ չի արտահայտվել և մինչև այժմ չի փորձում Արցախի շահերից ելնող հայտարարությամբ զսպել ասելով` «լեզուները ատամների հետևը պահեք, իշխանական պատգամավորներ, դավաճանական հայտարարություններ մի հնչեցրեք, որոնք վնասում են Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի պայքարը»։

Մանուկյանի խոսքով` Հայաստանի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները պատահական չէ, որ դրա մասին շատ-շատ անգամներ բարձրաձայնել են, նույնիսկ՝ Ազգային Ժողովի ամբիոնից` դեռ ամիսներ առաջ, երբ հնչեցնում էին, որ Արցախը ուրացողը դավաճան է։ 

«Ամենավառ օրինակը մի քանի օր առաջ ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն էր, երբ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լիլիթ Գալստյանը շարունակում էր խոսել Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին, տարբեր լոբբիստական հայկական կազմակերպությունների, Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների, տարբեր ուժերի հետ հանդիպումներում խոսում է Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքների մասին, և նույն այդ պահին Մարիա Կարապետյանը ԵԱՀԿ-ի ամբիոնից խոսում և թշնամական դրսևորում է ցուցաբերում Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը և հավելեց, որ Մարիա Կարապետյանը մեկ օրինակն է բազմաթիվ այն օրինակներից, երբ իշխանական պատգավորները անգամ Հայաստանի ԱԺ-ի ամբիոնից են նույն դրսևորումը ցուցաբերել և դա Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխանության քաղաքականությունն է։
