Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պատմաբան Արմեն Այվազյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է․
«Հայաստանի մի հատվածում՝ Արցախում, ցեղասպանությունն ամբողջ թափով շարունակվում է, բնիկ հայ բնակչությունը շտապով գաղթում է՝ ստիպված գաղութարար թշնամուն թողնելով հայրենի հողն ու նրա վրա ստեղծված ազգային ահռելի մշակութային և նյութական ժառանգությունը։ Դեռևս հայտնի չէ, թե քանիսը կկարողանան փրկվել ու ՀՀ հասնել։ Հայտնի չէ, թե ում կկարողանան գերել ու տարիներով պատանդ պահել։ Հայտնի չէ, թե ով զենքը ձեռքին դեռ կմարտնչի ու կընկնի հայ հերոսի մահով՝ հավերժ անանուն մնալով։
 
Ահա այսպիսի ցեղասպանական պայմաններում էլ «միջազգային համայնքն» ու նրա դրածո ՀՀ ղեկավարությունն արդեն անցել են ցեղասպանության կոծկմանն ու նրա պատճառած ահավոր հետևանքների օրինականացմանը։ Բաքվի ֆաշիստների հետ հանդիպումներ են անցկացնում, բանակցում, հեռախոսազանգերով ու նամակներով փոխառնչվում, համատեղ պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ անում՝ կարծես առանձնապես մի լուրջ բան չի էլ եղել։
Բայց և այնպես չի ստացվելու մոռացնել տալ Արցախի հայության հայրենազրկումը։ Չի ստացվելու հանգիստ առաջ շարժվել հայասպան Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ «բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ» կառուցելու խարխուլ ու փակուղային ճանապարհով։ Չի ստացվելու ՀՀ-ՌԴ հարաբերությունները վերադարձնել բնականոն դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հուն։ Չի ստացվելու վստահել հավաքական Արևմուտքի կեղծ մարդասիրությանը։ Չի ստացվելու, և վերջ։
