Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին հետ կանչելու և նրան այլ թեկնածուով փոխարինելու որոշումը, կարծես թե, վերջնականապես հաստատվել է իշխանությունների բարձր էշելոններում: Մամուլում տարածվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ իշխանությունների սրտի թեկնածուն այս անգամ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանն է: Ի դեպ, վերջինիս ագրեմանն արդեն իսկ հանձնվել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ, սակայն, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, ռուսական կողմը հակված չէ դրական ընթացք տալու դրան:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ինքը՝ Հարությունյանը, անչափ բուռն և բացասական կերպով է արձագանքել իրեն փոխարինելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմանը: Մոսկովյան տարբեր շրջանակների հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ Հարությունյանը վրդովված հայտարարում է, որ ինքը որևէ կապ չունի Փաշինյանի կողմից արդեն անթաքույց տարվող հակառուսական քարոզչության հետ, ավելին՝ չի կիսում վարչապետի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունների մասով: Հարությունյանի կարծիքով՝ իր հետ կանչն արդարացված չէ, քանի որ իրեն հաջողվում է լեզու գտնել ռուսական քաղաքական վերնախավի հետ և իրեն Մոսկվան ընդունում է:

Ստացվում է, որ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը մասնավոր զրույցներում փորձում է դիստանցիա ստեղծել ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններից՝ փորձելով ցույց տալ, որ ինքը Փաշինյանի թիմի և նրանց կողմից վարվող անհաշվենկատ արտաքին քաղաքականության պատասխանատվությունը կիսել չի ցանկանում:
