Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում նոյեմբերի 13-ին անցկացվել է վերապատրաստման դասընթաց՝ ուղղված աշխատակիցների կարողությունների զարգացմանը, այդ թվում՝ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում աշխատանքն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելուն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

 «Հուզական այրում, երկրորդային տրավմա, սթրես. կանխարգելումը եվ հաղթահարումը» խորագրով դասընթացը կազմակերպվել էր ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի (UNHCR) և «Առաքելություն Հայաստան» ՀԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն իր բացման խոսքում մասնավորապես նշել է․ «Մեզ համար նման դասընթացներն ունեն մեծ նշանակություն, քանի որ մշտապես աշխատում ենք ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում։ Այս դասընթացը լավ հնարավորություն է գտնել ճանապարհներ նման իրավիճակները հաղթահարելու համար։ Շնորհակալ եմ մեր գործընկերներին միջոցառման կազմակերպման հարցում համագործակցության համար»։

Դասընթացի ընթացքում Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները մասնագետների հետ քննարկել են նաև առօրյայում հանդիպող խնդիրները՝ ձեռք բերելով դրանք արդյունավետ կառավարելու նոր տեխնիկաներ և հմտություններ։
