Ցավոք, քիչ հավանական է, որ հայրենական խորհրդարանը կարձագանքի Ադրբեջանի միլի մեջլիսում կայացած լսումների արդյունքներով ընդունված հայատյաց հայտարարությանը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գեւորգ Դանիելյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Իսկ հետևողականորեն թշնամական կեցվածք որդեգրած ադրբեջանը՝ Հայաստանի տարածքը պատմական Ադրբեջանի պապենական հողեր հռչակելուն միտված կեղծ պատմագիտության արդյունքները սահուն տեղափոխեց արդեն օրենսդիր մարմնի քննարկման հարթակ, որից հետո անարգել կտեղափոխի միջազգային «քաղաքակիրթ ու ժողովրդավար» հարթակներ։

Հանրահայտ է, որ ադրբեջանցիները բնակվել են Հայաստանում միայն խորհրդային շրջանում։ Անարգել վաճառելով իրենց տները, Հայաստանը լքել են կամավոր, ընդ որում, ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպան ոճրագործությունների հնարավոր պատասխան զարգացումների մտավախությամբ։ Որևէ ադրբեջանցու վերաբնակեցումն ինքնին փոխադարձ վստահության ցուցիչ չէ, ինչպես պնդում են միլի մեջլիսում։

Վերաբնակեցման մասին կարող է իրավաչափ քննարկում սկսվել միայն առնվազն այն բանից հետո, երբ նույն հիմունքներով կերաշխավորվի և դե ֆակտո կիրականացվի հայ փախստականների վերադարձը և, հատկապես՝ ողջ Արցախահայության վերադարձը՝ Անկախ ճանաչված Արցախի Հանրապետություն (վերադարձի մասին այլ կարգի խոսակցությունները դատարկաբանության ոլորտից են)։ Հընթացս հարկ կլինի քննարկել հսկայական չափերի պատճառված վնասի փոխհատուցման խնդիրը։
