Հայաստանի համար Լյուքսեմբուրգը բարեկամ երկիր է: Վերջին տարիներին, երբ մեր երկիրն անցնում էր բազմաթիվ դժվարությունների միջով, Լյուքսեմբուրգն առաջիններից էր աշխարհում, որ համապատասխան արձագանքեց ստեղծված մարտահրավերներին: Ողջունելով Լյուքսեմբուրգի ԱԳՆ քաղաքական տնօրենի տեղակալ Դեյվիդ Ուայսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը խորհրդարանում` ասել է ԱԺ Հայաստան-Լյուքսեմբուրգ բարեկամական խմբի անդամ, Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանը, տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտոնական կայքից։

Հունվարի 25-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ԱԺ Հայաստան-Լյուքսեմբուրգ բարեկամական խմբի անդամներ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը եւ Արփինե Վարդանյանը:

Արման Եղոյանը բարձր է գնահատել Լյուքսեմբուրգի մասնակցությունը ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունում: Պատգամավորի խոսքով առաքելությունը կարեւոր անվտանգային գործառույթ է իրականացնում Հայաստանի համար:

Արման Եղոյանը խոսել է տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին, կարեւորել ԵՄ անդամ երկրների, այդ թվում` Լյուքսեմբուրգի դերակատարությունը Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության եւ կայունության հաստատման գործում: Պատգամավորը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության առաջարկած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը:

Բարեկամական խմբի անդամ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, բարձրաձայնել է 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ոտնձգությունները, Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցը: «Ադրբեջանը հետեւողականորեն շարունակում է ջնջել հայկական հետքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքից»,- ընդգծել է պատգամավորը եւ հավելել` բազմաթիվ ապացույցներ կան հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման վերաբերյալ: Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման հարցում կարեւորել է միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությունը:

Դեյվիդ Ուայսը նշել է, որ Լյուքսեմբուրգի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններն ավելի քան 30 տարվա պատմություն ունեն: «Ողջունելի է, որ արդեն Հայաստանում ունենք հավատարմագրված դեսպան. դա ցույց է տալիս մեր հանձնառությունը` զարգացնելու քաղաքական եւ տնտեսական հարաբերությունները»,- ընդգծել է հյուրը: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ հետեւում են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին եւ տեղեկացված են մարտահրավերների մասին: Կարեւորելով «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը` Լյուքսեմբուրգի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ դա շատ կոնկրետ եւ հասկանալի առաջարկ է եւ իրենք աջակցում են դրա իրականացմանը:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են թե' խորհրդարանական մակարդակում, թե' այլ ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացման հեռանկարներին:
