Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդի դիրքորոշումը Հանրային ռադիոյի տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանի հրապարակման վերաբերյալ․

«2024թ. փետրվարի 5-ին Հանրային ռադիոընկերության տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանը լրատվամիջոցի կայքում հրապարակել է իր հոդվածը, որով վիճարկում է օրեր առաջ «Անվտանգային միջավայր» հաղորդմանը հյուրընկալված ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արտահայտած տեսակետները։

Փաստը, որ Հանրային ռադիոյի տնօրենը քննադատում է վարչապետին, արտառոց ոչինչ չի պարունակում, նույնիսկ առաջին դեպքը չէ և որևէ սկզբունքային առարկություն չի կարող ունենալ ժողովրդավարական երկրում։ Սակայն հանրային լրատվամիջոցի այսպիսի կամայական օգտագործումն առաջացնում է Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդի տարակուսանքը։

Խորհրդի կարծիքով՝ ռադիոընկերության տնօրենը առերևույթ չարաշահել է իր լիազորություններն ու պաշտոնեական դիրքը, օգտագործելով Հանրային ռադիոյի հեղինակությունը և պաշտոնական կայքը՝ սեփական կարծիքը անվիճարկելիորեն ներկայացնելու և առավելագույն արձագանք ապահովելու համար։

Բացի այդ, ամբողջ  աշխարհում պետության առաջին դեմքերի հետ հարցազրույցները չեն ենթադրում բանավեճ, ինչը Գարեգին Խումարյանը Գարեգին Խումարյան որպես առիթ էր օգտագործել հարցազրուցավար Բարեղամ Ղուկասյանի աշխատանքը «վատ ժուռնալիստիկա» որակելու և ունկնդիրների «սպասելիքները չարդարացնելու» համար, որը նույնպես մտահոգիչ է։

Ըստ այդմ, Խորհուրդն առաջիկայում  քննության կառնի Հանրային ռադիոընկերության տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանի գործողությունների համապատասխանելիությունը էթիկական և իրավական նորմերին»։
