«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը փետրվար ամսին 200-ից ավելի ուսանողների ցանկանում է անօթեւան թողնել։ Բանն այն է, որ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը որոշել է վերանորոգել Զեյթունի հանրակացարանն այն ժամանակ, երբ ուսումնական տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակը նոր է սկսվել։ Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, հանրակացարանի բնակիչներին մինչեւ մարտ ամիսը ժամանակ է տրվել, որպեսզի լքեն հանրակացարանը: Իսկ թե նրանք որտեղ պետք է բնակվեն, ինչպես պետք է բնակարան վարձեն, նախարարությանը, կարծես, առանձնապես չի հուզում:

Զեյթունի հանրակացարանի բնակիչները հիմնականում այն ուսանողներն են, որոնք անշարժ գույքի վարձակալության թանկացումների ֆոնին ի վիճակի չեն եղել բնակարան վարձել, հիմա առավել եւս չեն կարողանա։

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից մեր ուղարկած գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հաստատեցին, որ պատրաստվում են վերանորոգել հանրակացարանը, իսկ հարցին, թե արդյոք վերաբնակեցնելո՞ւ են հանրակացարանում ապրող ուսանողներին, եւ ինչպե՞ս է ապահովվելու նրանց ուսման շարունակականությունը, պատասխանել են, թե այդ հարցը դեռեւս քննարկում են, բայց մենք տեղեկացանք, որ հանրակացարանի տնօրինությունն արդեն ստացել է նամակը, եւ ոչ մի այլընտրանք ուսանողներին չի առաջարկվելու։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ հանրակացարանի վերանորոգման համար 700 միլիոն դրամից ավելի գումար է հատկացվել, նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2 տարվա ընթացքում։ Շինարարությունն իրականացնելու է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մհեր Սեդրակյանի՝ Թոխմախի Մհերի ընտանիքին պատկանող «Բիդեք» ՍՊԸ-ն։ Նշենք, որ Զեյթունի հանրակացարանում բնակվում են նաեւ Արցախից տեղահանված ընտանիքներ»:
