ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը՝ կովկասյան տարածաշրջանը Եվրամիության տարածաշրջան հայտարարելու մասին։

«Ես երբեք չեմ լսել, որ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցությունը որոշվում է ինքնահռչակմամբ։ Այդուհանդերձ, իմ կարծիքով, յուրաքանչյուր պետական գործչի և պետական կառույցների ողջ զանգվածի խնդիրն է չմոռանալ, որ ժողովուրդն է առաջնայինը, որ ամեն ինչ պետք է արվի ի բարօրություն և պետք է իրագործել ժողովրդի սահմանած նպատակներն ու խնդիրները, քանի որ խոսքը ժողովրդավարության մասին է։ Մնացած ամեն ինչ թող որոշվի յուրաքանչյուր ինքնիշխան պետության ներսում և ներդաշնակեցվի՝ հաշվի առնելով իրողությունները, կարիքներն ու ցանկությունները և այլն»,- ընդգծել է Զախարովան։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Վրաստանի՝ ԵՄ անդամակցության թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ ստանալու փաստը փոխել է Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակը։ «Հիմա ստացվում է, որ մեր հարևան երկրներից երկուսն ունեն ԵՄ անդամակության թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ։ Եթե նախկինում կարելի էր ասել՝ ԵՄ-ն ո՜ւր, մեր տարածաշրջանը՝ ո՜ւր, հիմա ԵՄ-ն, փաստացի մեր տարածաշրջանն է, և մենք այս փաստի հետ պետք է հարաբերվենք»,- ասել էր նա։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Զախարովան երկու բավական ուշագրավ ակնարկ է անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:  Ինքնահռչակմամբ ԵՄ անդամակցության մասին ակնարկով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչն ի ցույց է դնում այն փաստը, որ ԵՄ-ն դեռևս Հայաստանին չի հրավիրել անդամակցելու եվրոպական ընտանիքին և Փաշինյանի ցանկություններն իրականությունից փոքր–ինչ առաջ են ընկել: Ինչ վերաբերվում է երկրորդ ակնարկին, ապա այստեղ ամեն ինչ պարզ է․ ըստ Զախարովայի՝ պետական գործիչները պետք է առաջնորդվեն ժողովրդի, ոչ թե սեփական շահերով: Բազմիցս է խոսվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունների անթաքույց դրեյֆը դեպի Արևմուտք չի բխում հայ ժողովրդի շահերից, սակայն գուցե և համապատասխանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական շահերին: Հայ ժողովրդին Արևմուտքը, դժվար թե, պաշտպանի, իսկ ահա Փաշինյանին որոշակի անվտանգության երաշխիքներ գուցե և առաջարկվեն: Սակայն, դա արվելու է հայ ժողովրդի տնտեսական, քաղաքական և անվտանգային շահերին լրջագույն հարված հասցնելով, քանի որ գաղտնիք չէ՝ ՌԴ հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունները հայկական տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվն են, իսկ ՀԱՊԿ-ն այս պահին միակ կառույցն է, որը կարող է երաշխավորել ՀՀ անվտանգությունը:
