«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Փետրվարի 17-ին լուրեր տարածվեցին, որ Բժշկական համալսարանի դատական բժշկության ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր, դատաբժշկական գիտագործնական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Մհեր Բիշարյանը ձերբակալվել է: Օրեր անց՝ փետրվարի 19-ին, հայտնի դարձավ, որ Մհեր Բիշարյանին դատարանը չի կալանավորել։ Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չբացակայելու արգելքը։ Բիշարյանը ձերբակալվել էր Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գնումների գործընթացում թույլ տրված ենթադրյալ չարաշահումների պատճառով։Բանն այն է, որ գնումների գործընթացը, որի մասին խոսվում է, եւ որի պատճառով ձերբակալել, ապա ազատ էին արձակել Բիշարյանին, տեղի է ունեցել նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի օրոք։ Ստացվում է, որ այս անգամ թիրախը Առողջապահության նախարարությունն է, որտեղ էլ տանում են հետքերը։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց նախարարությունից ճշտել՝ որն է նրանց պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը, եւ արդյոք ներկայիս նախարարի ղեկավարած նախարարությունը տեր կանգնում է նախկինում կնքված պայմանագրերին, թե ոչ։ Նախարարությունից մեզ ոչ մի հստակ պատասխան չտվեցին՝ ասելով․ «Հիմա չենք կարող իրավական գործընթացում գտնվող հարցը մեկնաբանել»։

Հավելենք նաեւ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դժգոհ է Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի աշխատանքից, ինչի պատճառով կենտրոնացվածությունը նախարարության վրա ավելի է սրվել, ինչպես Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության դեպքում, ինչն էլ հանգեցրեց մի շարք քրեական գործերի, ձերբակալությունների եւ նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի ազատմանը։ Արսեն Թորոսյանն էլ օրերս հրապարակավ քննադատել է ՀՀ բոլոր ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներին՝ անվստահություն հայտնելով եւ՛ դատախազին, եւ՛ Քննչական ու Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեների ղեկավարներին: Փաստացի իշխող ՔՊ-ն դժգոհ է ուժայիններից, կամ դժգոհ է կոնկրետ պատգամավորը, որ աղմկահարույց գործերով անցնում է դեռ վկայի կարգավիճակով: Հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է, ինչ խոսք»։
