«Ժողովուրդ». Խմորումներ՝ դատական համակարգում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Դատական համակարգում ներքին խմորումներն ավելի են խորացել։ Խոսակցություններ են պտտվում, որ իրենց խաբել են։ Բանն այն է, որ դատավորների ներքին խմբի խոսակցության բացահայտումից հետո, երբ առաջին հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացրեց ԲԴԽ անդամ, դատավոր Արշակ Վարդանյանը, տպավորությունն այնպիսին էր, որ թեման պետք է այս մեկ հրաժարականով փակված լիներ, քանի որ Արշակ Վարդանյանին խոստացել են իշխանական վերնախավից, որ նրա հրաժարականից հետո մյուս դատավորներին հանգիստ կթողնեն, սակայն նրանց նկատմամբ ճնշումները շարունակվել են ու հասել եւս երկու դատավորի՝ Կարեն Մարդանյանի եւ Սերգեյ Մարաբյանի հրաժարականին։ Սպասվում է նաեւ Արագածոտնի մարզի դատավոր Անդրանիկ Մնացականյանի հրաժարականը:
Ասել է թե՝ Արշակ Վարդանյանին խաբել են։

Դատական համակարգում այս խառնաշփոթից հետո հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչու մյուս դատավորների ճակատագրին չի հետեւում դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանը եւ ազատման դիմում գրում. միգուցե նրան այդ դատավորների ներքին խոսակցությունը իշխանական վերնախավին հասցնելու համար պաշտոն կամ այլ բան են խոստացե՞լ։

ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ուշագրավ գրագրություն է ի հայտ եկել, որտեղ վերոնշյալ դատավորները իրենց ներքին խմբում կոնկրետ քաղաքական իշխանության եւ նրանց կանանց հասցեին հայհոյանքներ են արել, ու դատավորներից մեկն այդ գրագրությունը հասցրել է քաղաքական իշխանություններին, ինչից հետո էլ հայհոյանքներ գրած դատավորներին ստիպում են ազատման դիմումներ գրել սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ ու հեռանալ համակարգից:

Ըստ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ գրագրությունը քաղաքական իշխանություններին հասցրել է ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանը, որն իշխանություների «սրտի» դատավորն է, ու ամեն գնով ցանկանում են նրան տանել ԲԴԽ՝ որպես դատավոր անդամ: Իսկ ինչո՞վ է զբաղված ՀՀ բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը՝ ի դեմս նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի: ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքի համաձայն՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն անկախ պետական մարմին է, որը Սահմանադրությամբ եւ օրենսգրքով սահմանված լիազորություններն իրականացնելու միջոցով երաշխավորում է դատարանների եւ դատավորների անկախությունը: Սակայն, իրականում Կարեն Անդրեասյանը ոչ թե պաշտպանում է դատավորների անկախությունը, այլ հենց նա է տարբեր ճանապարհով դատավորներին ճնշողներից մեկը»:
