«Արցախում պահվող Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության թեմայով ադրբեջանական նյութերը օգտագործելը շատ մեզ զգոնություն ու զգուշավորություն է պահանջում, պետք է հասկանալ, որ այդ ամենը մեր դեմ մղվող տեղեկատվական, հոգեբանական պատերազմի մաս է։ Նպատակը՝ նրանց հարցազրույցները հայ հանրության դեմ օգտագործելն է։

Անկախ այդ անձանց հանդեպ մեր անհատական վերաբերմունքից, պետք է հասկանալ, որ նրանք գտնվում են ճնշումների ներքո, բարդ իրավիճակում։

Ես հորդորում եմ նաև մեր մամուլի ներկայացուցիչներին շատ զգուշավորությամբ վերաբերվել այդ հրապարակումներին, հասկանալ նպատակները, ուղերձները, ոչ թե զուտ որպես տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել հայ հանրությանը։

Ինքս ամենօրյա մակարդակով առնչվում եմ ադրբեջանական քարոզչության հետ, միշտ զտում եմ դա, ներկայացնում մեկնաբանություններով և նաև նշում դիմակայման հնարավորությունների մասին։

Կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ այսօր պատերազմը մղվում է նաև մեր ուղեղներում, մեզ ուղեղով խեղճացնելը ու անզորության զգացողություն սերմանելը պատերազմի ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչներից է, ուստի զգույշ լինենք ու զգոն այդ քարոզչության հանդեպ»։
