ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը մարտի 28-ին հանդիպել է Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի կրթության, գիտության եւ երիտասարդության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գիվի Միքանաձեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաեւ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Թագուհի Ղազարյանը, հանձնաժողովի անդամներ Նարեկ Բաբայանը եւ Կնյազ Հասանովը:

Հանդիպման սկզբում Սիսակ Գաբրելյանը շնորհավորել է Վրաստանին Եվրամիության թեկնածու երկրի կարգավիճակ ստանալու կապակցությամբ: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Վրաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումը Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի, ինչն ամրագրված է Հայաստանի կառավարության 2021-2026 թվականների գործողությունների ծրագրում:

Կողմերը երկու երկրների գործադիր մարմինների միջեւ շփումներից բացի կարեւորել են օրենսդիրների միջեւ սերտ համագործակցությունը, որը երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարեւոր ուղղություններից է: Ընդգծվել է տարբեր ոլորտներում կապերի խորացման անհրաժեշտությունը, մասնավորապես` երկու խորհրդարանների համանման հանձնաժողովների միջեւ փոխգործակցության սերտացումը: Այս համատեքստում կարեւորվել է կրթական բարեփոխումների հարցում լավագույն փորձի փոխանակումը, պատգամավորների մշտական շփումները, համատեղ միջոցառումների ու ծրագրերի իրականացումը:

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը մտքեր են փոխանակվել հանրակրթության, բարձրագույն եւ մասնագիտական կրթության ու գիտության ոլորտներում, երիտասարդության եւ դպրոցաշինության հարցերում երկու երկրներում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ: Վրացի գործընկերներին ներկայացվել է «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագրի հայեցակարգը:

Քննարկվել են նաեւ ուսուցիչների մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման, ատեստավորման եւ հավաստագրման գործընթացների շրջանակում երկու երկրներում իրականացվող քայլերը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը եւ Գիվի Միքանաձեն երկու հանձնաժողովների միջեւ համագործակցության համատեղ հայտարարություն են ստորագրել (կոմյունիկե): Փաստաթուղթն ինստիտուցիոնալ հենքի վրա կդնի երկու հանձնաժողովների գործունեությունը եւ համագործակցելու նոր հնարավորություններ կընձեռի:
