Դերասան Մարկ Ուոլբերգը վաճառել է Բևերլի Հիլզում գտնվող իր առանձնատունը 55 միլիոն դոլարով, ինչը 32,5 միլիոն դոլարով պակաս է 2022 թվականի ապրիլին՝ 87,5 միլիոն դոլար սկզբնական գնից։ Գնորդի անունը չի նշվում։ Այդ մասին գրում է The New York Post-ը։

2,8 հազար քմ մակերեսով առանձնատունն ունի 12 ննջասենյակ և 20 լոգասենյակ։ Այն գտնվում է 25 հազար քմ մակերեսով փակ տարածքում։

Ուոլբերգը հողատարածքը գնել է 2009 թվականին 8,25 միլիոն դոլարով և հինգ տարի է ծախսել իր կնոջ՝ Ռեա Դուրհեմի հետ միջերկրածովյան ոճով առանձնատուն կառուցելու համար: Տարածքն այժմ ներառում է ֆիթնես կենտրոն, թենիսի կորտ, տնային կինոթատրոն, այգիներ, հինգ անցքերով գոլֆի դաշտ, սքեյթ այգի և լողավազան:

Հայտնի ճարտարապետ Ռիչարդ Լանդրիի կողմից նախագծված առանձնատունն ունի երկհարկանի նախասրահ, աշխատողների համար նախատեսված սենյակներ, գինու մառան և համտեսի սենյակ:

Տան վաճառքը հաջորդել է Ուոլբերգի հայտարարությանը, որ ինքը Կալիֆորնիայից տեղափոխվել է Նևադա:
