Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Կարապետյանի նախագահությամբ՝ փետրվարի 20-ին տեղի է ունեցել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարությունից բխող 2023-2025 թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի կատարումը համակարգող խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը:

Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նախարարի տեղակալն անդրադարձել է ՄԻՊ-ի ռազմավարությունից բխող գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակման և ընդունման աշխատանքներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ գործողությունների ծրագիրը մշակվել է ներառական գործընթացի շրջանակներում՝ պետական մարմինների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների լայն մասնակցությամբ ու միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությամբ։ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նաև շեշտել է համակարգող խորհրդի շրջանակներում շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների և կազմակերպությունների միջև ակտիվ համագործակցության կարևորությունը և ընդգծել հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավումը խորհրդի կազմում։

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի ջանքերը՝ ուղղված երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և ժողովրդավարական գործընթացներն առաջ մղելուն և շեշտել է, որ ԵՄ-ն կշարունակի ՀՀ Կառավարությանն անհրաժեշտ փորձագիտական և տեխնիկական աջակցության տրամադրումը՝ ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագրի արդյունավետ կատարման ապահովմանը։ Դեսպանն ընդգծել է նաև ՄԻՊ-ի ռազմավարության և դրա ներքո գործողությունների կարևորությունը, հատկապես 2023 թ․ տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների և սոցիալական երաշխիքների ապահովման տեսանկյունից։ 

Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նացվլիշվիլին ևս կարևորել է գործողությունների ծրագրի ընդունումը՝ արձանագրելով կիրառված մասնակցային գործընթացի կարևորությունը և վերահաստատելով ՄԱԶԾ պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակական աջակցություն տրամադրելու գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման և համակարգման գործընթացին։ 

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է 2023 թվականի երկրորդ կիսամյակի գործողությունների իրականացման հաշվետվությունը։ Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է գործողությունների կատարման ընդհանուր պատկերը և անդրադարձել Արդարադատության նախարարության լիազորությունների շրջանակներում նախատեսված և կատարված աշխատանքներին։

Համակարգող խորհրդի անդամ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներն անդրադարձել են հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ իրենց դիտարկումներին և ներկայացրել առաջարկություններ՝ ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագրի կատարման և մշտադիտարկման աշխատանքների հնարավոր կատարելագործմանը։

Նիստի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են նաև կատարման ենթակա հետագա քայլերը և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել նիստի արդյունքներով լրամշակել ու հաստատել 2023 թվականի երկրորդ կիսամյակի գործողությունների կատարման հաշվետվությունը։ 

Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել է «Հաշվետու հաստատություններ և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի շրջանակում, որը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրոպական միության (ԵՄ) կողմից և իրականացվում ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ), ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի, ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի հետ համագործակցության միջոցով:
