«Հատկապես վերջին 3 տարիների ընթացքում Եվրախորհրդարանի բանաձևերն ավելի ու ավելի թիրախային են խոսում Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարվող քաղաքականության անթույլատրելիության մասին:

Օրինակ՝ սրանից 2 տարի առաջ, սանկցիաների մասին ոչ ոք չէր խոսում, հիմա, արդեն, խոսում են ոչ միայն անհատական սանկցիաներից, այլև ընդհանուր նավթի և գազի գնման վրա կիրառվող սանկցիաներից։

Ես գիտեմ, որ սա միայն Եվրախորհրդարանի դիրքորոշումը չէ: Շատ անդամ պետություններ պատրաստ են վտանգավոր զարգացումների դեպքում կիրառել այդ գործիքակազմը»,- այս մասին ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ասաց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Արման Եղոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով երեկ Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից 2 հայանպաստ բանաձևերի ընդունմանը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում նաև անդրադարձ կատարվեց Ադրբեջանի՝ ԵԽ-ից դուրս գալու հավանական տարբերակին․

«Ես չգիտեմ՝ ԵԽ-ն դրանից ինչ կկորցնի: Եթե որևէ պետություն ինքն է ցանկանում հեռանալ այդ կառույցից, այդտեղ հարց է ծագում, թե ով է ընդհանրապես կորցնում։ Տրամաբանությունը նրանց պիտի հուշի, որ ավելի հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն վարեն: Ամեն դեպքում, կա կարգուկանոն, ինչպես որ դա հասկանում է այսօրվա միջազգային հանրությունը, որը խաթարված է։ Բայց միջազգային հանրությունը ձգտում է, որ այդ խաթարվածությունը հնարավորինս շտկվի, ոչ թե է՛լ ավելի խորանա»,- հարցի վերաբերյալ նման դիտարկումներով հանդես եկավ Եղոյանը։
