Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը բազմիցս խիստ հանձնարարականներ է տվել Երևանի քաղաքի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետին, որպեսզի նա իր հսկողության տակ պահի մայրաքաղաքում ավտոբուսների և տրոլեյբուսների վարորդների կարգապահությունը, որոնց մեջ է մտնում նաև, որ վարորդները երթուղի դուրս գալուց առաջ պարտադիր բուժզննում անցնեն:

Ժամը 07:30-ի սահմաններում Թևոսյան փողոցում բախվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հաշվեկշռում հաշվառված թիվ 10 երթուղին սպասարկող տրոլեյբուսն ու «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:

Բախման հետևանքով բարեբախտաբար տուժածներ չկան:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արամ Դադոյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Սուրեն Ալեքսանյանի:

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Սամսոն Ալեքսանյանն ու Դավիթ Ղազարյանը:

Վարորդները տեղում ենթարկվել են սթափության փորձաքննության, պարզվել է, որ տրոլեյբուսի վարորդը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Յաշա Հայրապետյանն է, եղել է ոչ սթափ՝ խմածության ամենաբարձր աստիճան, իսկ «Toyota»-ի վարորդ Երևանի բնակիչ 55-ամյա Արայիկ Հախվերդյանը եղել է սթափ:Վթարի փաստով ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում:

Հետաքրքիր է, երբ տրոլեյբուսի վարորդը դուրս է եկել երթուղի, արդյո՞ք դիսպետչերական կետում դիսպետչերը կամ բժիշկը զննել են նրան, հակառակ դեպքում նա, լինելով խմած, չպետք է դուրս գար երթուղի, նրան չպետք է վստահեին տրոլեյբուսը:
