Արցախի խորհրդարանի ընդդիմադիր երեք խմբակցությունները՝ ՀՅԴ, Ազգային դեմոկրատական եւ «Արդարություն» խմբակցությունները առաջադրել են Արցախի պետնախարար Սամվել Շահրամանյանի թեկնածությունը՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնում: 

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը ասաց, որ  խորհրդարանը այս իրավիճակում՝ ռազմական դրության պայմաններում պետք է  կարողանա ներկայացնել  ժողովրդի կամքը։  

«Այս օրերի ընթացքում, տեղի է ունեցել  գործադիր մարմնի նիստ, որտեղ որոշում ենք կայացրել, որ պետք է այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հանդիպումներ կազմակերպենք ժողովրդի հետ` Ստեփանակերտում կենդանի շփմամբ, իսկ Ստեփանակերտից դուրս պայմանավորված իրավիճակով օնլայն հարթակում կլինի։ Կքննարկենք և հաշվի կառնենք ժողովրդի կամքը»,-ասաց նա:

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով` Ժողովրդի կողմից նախնտրելի թեկնածուն Սամվել Շահրամանյանն է.

«Հաշվի է առնվել իր կենսագրությունը, փորձառությունը և արդարամիտ  պաշտոնյայի   կերպարը, իսկ այն, որ Արցախի նախագահի  պաշտոնին պետք է  ընտրվի մարդ, ով ունակ է լայն համախմբում ապահովել՝ իր պարագայում  կարծում եմ ստացվելու է»,-ասաց Հակոբյանը:

Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ իրենք նախագահի մեջ կարևորում են սեփական որոշում կայացնելու կարողությունը. «Այս երեք տարինների ընթացքում մենք քննադատել ենք, դժգոհել նախորդ նախագահից այն պատճառով, որ  շատ ենք կարևորում  նախագահի սեփական որոշում ընդունելու կարողությունը։ Նախագահը պետք է  որևէ ճնշման  չենթարկվի, դա կլինի արտաքին, թե ներքին։ Նախագահը պետք է ունակ լինի կայացնել իր սեփական  որոշումը և այդ հատկանիշները կարծում եմ բոլորս  տեսնում ենք պարոն Շահրամազյանի մեջ»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:

Մեր Զրուցակիցը կարծում է, որ  33 պատգամավոր խելամիտ են գտնվելու և պարտադիր կատարելու են ժողովրդի կամքը։ 

«Շատ կարևոր է կոնսենսուսով ընտրությունը։ Շատ բան կախված է հենց այդ օրվա պատգամավորների բարձր գիտակցությունից, ես լիահույս եմ, որ այնտեղ բոլորը չեն ունենալու քաղաքական նեղ շահեր, կամ հենց այդ նեղ շահը լինելու է Արցախի փրկությունը, և այդ օրը Արցախի փրկության մեկնարկը կարող ենք տալ»,- եզրափակեց Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը:
