Հանրային դաշտում տասնյակ տարիներ իր արեւմտամետ դիրքորոշումով հայտնի քաղաքագետ ներկայացող Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը, ով այսօր ընկալվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած քաղաքականության ակտիվ ջատագով և լայնորեն օգտվում է Հանրային ՀԸ-ի եթերաժամից, իշխանամետ բոլոր լրատվականներից անխնա ռեժիմով, նախօրեին միացել է՝ Տավուշում պրոցեսների վրա քար նետող իշխանական շրջանակից սկսված կեղտոտ արշավին։

Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանն իր ֆեյսբուքի քարոզչական էջով մի քանի գրառումներ է արել՝ ծաղրելով ու հեգնելով Տավուշում հանրային ընդվզումներին, Տավուշում իրավիճակի տերը դարձած եւ իր բնակավայրի հանձնումներին դիմադրող հային, և մեր հայրենակիցներին անվանել է խաժամուժ:

Նրա գրառումներից պարզ է դառնում, որ  ակնհայտորեն ատելության քարոզ է իրականացվում ու սա պլանավորված արշավի մաս է։ Ռուբեն Մեհաբյանն այն աստիճան է բորբոքվել Տավուշում սահմանազատմանը համառորեն դիմադրող բնակիչների ակցիային, որ անգամ իրեն թույլ է տվել Տավուշում եռացող պրոցեսները նկարագրել գռեհիկ ու ցինիկ բառամթերքով, վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է թույլ տվել Տավուշում հրապարակայնորեն հանրային ընդվզումները համակարգող մարզի հոգեւոր թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանի և ընդդիմադիկր պատգամավորի հասցեին։

Բայց խիստ ուշագրավ է, որ ակնհայտ ատելության քարոզ պարունակող , դիմադրության ակցիայի մասնակից մեր հայրենաիցներին վիրավորող իշխանամետ քաղաքագետի գրառումները չի նկատել ԱԱԾ-ն, դրանք վրիպել են անգամ ատելության քարոզի պայքար սկսած, այդ թվում՝ նույն պատճառաբանությամբ ձերբակալություններով հայտնի Ներքն գործերի նախարարության աչքից։

Պետք է նկատել, որ 500 լայք հավաքած ծիծաղ ու զայրացնող «սմայլներով» Ռուեն Մեհրաբյանի գրառումները չի նկատել նաև ՄԻՊ-ը, և սա այն դեպքում, երբ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ սերտ կապերով հայտնի սույն տիկինը սոցցանցերում ունի ակտիվ վերահսկողություն։
