Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նարենդա Մոդիին՝ համապե­տական խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հաջող անցկացման և Ազգային ժողովրդավարական դաշինքի կարևորագույն հաղթանակի առիթով:

Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության համապե­տական խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հաջող անցկացման և Ձեր գլխավորած Ազգային ժողովրդավարական դաշինքի կարևորագույն հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ:

Պատմական այս ընտրությունները վերստին հաստատեցին հնդիկ ժողովրդի հանձնառությունը ժողովրդավարական արժեքներին՝ ամրապնդելով ու ապահովելով բարեկամ Հնդկաստանի շարունակական դինամիկ զարգացումն ու նվաճումները ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում։ Համոզված եմ, որ Ձեր կառավարման հետագա տարիներին ևս Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam` «Աշխարհը մեկ ընտանիք է» կարգախոսի ներքո, Հնդկաստանը տնտեսության, տեխնոլոգիաների, կրթության, առողջապահու­թյան, տիեզերքի ուսումնասիրության և այլ ոլորտներում իր ձեռքբերումները կշարունակի ծառայեցնել ի նպաստ համաշխարհային բարօրության։

Ուրախությամբ եմ փաստում, որ  վերջին տարիներին մեզ հաջողվեց մեր երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամական հարաբերությունները հասցնել որակապես նոր մակարդակի` ամուր հիմք ստեղծելով ռազմավարական երկխոսության ձևավորման համար։ Հայաստանի Կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ է գործադրելու բոլոր ջանքերը՝ այդ երկխոսությունն էլ ավելի ամրապնդելու և զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ։

Լիահույս եմ, որ մոտ ապագայում առիթ կունենանք հանդիպելու և քննարկելու Հայաստան-Հնդկաստան երկկողմ օրակարգի առաջմղման մեր տեսլականը։

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և նորանոր ձեռք­բերում­ներ, իսկ Հնդկաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին` հարատև խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում»:
