«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ԱԺ-ում պարգեւատրումների շքերթը շարունակվում է: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի պետական ծառայողները այս ամսվա ընթացքում երկրորդ անգամ են պարգեւատրվում:

Նախ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն էր Սահմանադրության օրվա առիթով միանվագ պարգեւատրել պատգամավորներին եւ ԱԺ աշխատակազմին, հիմա էլ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, որն արձակուրդում գտնվող Ալեն Սիմոնյանին է փոխարինում, կրկին պարգեւատրել է ԱԺ պետծառայող աշխատակիցներին: Ազգային ժողովի կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Ռուբինյանի կարգադրությամբ, ԱԺ աշխատակազմի պետական ծառայողները միանվագ դրամական պարգեւատրում են ստացել. թե ինչու են ամռան այս ամիսներին ԱԺ-ում այսքան պարգեւներ շռայլվում, այն դեպքում, երբ նիստեր չեն էլ հրավիրվում, հիմնավորված չէ»:
