Այսօր բավականի ցավալի վիճակում ենք, գտնվելով <<Եռաբլուրում>>, պետք է ասենք, որ անկախությունը ամենամեծ արժեքն է, և այն ձեռք է բերվել նվիրյալ հայորդիների պայքարի, քաջագործության շնորհիվ։ Այս մասին իր խոսքում նշեց Արցախի և Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գեներալ-գնդապետ Սեյրան Օհանյան։ Այսօր այլ է իրավիճակը։ Ոչմիայն Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից իրականացված հանցագործությունների շնորհիվ մենք կորցրեցինք Արցախը, այլև Հ․Հ․ իշխանությունների ապիկար և ոչ լիարժեք գործողությունների շնորհիվ։ Այսօր անհրաժեշտություն է Արցախի ժողովրդի վերադարձի հարցը լուծել, ստեղծել այնպիսի անվտանգ պայմաններ, միջազգային բոլոր նոռմերով,որպեսզի Արցախցիները հնարավորություն ունենան վերադառնալու։ Արցախի իշխանությունները այսօր մենակ են և չունեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների աջակցությունն, ավելին՝ նրանք փակել են Արցախի էջը։ Փաշինյանը ոչինչ չի արել, բացի երկիրը պատերազմի մեջ մտցնելուց, իսկ անկախության մասին խոսում է մի մարդ, ով զրկել է մեզ Արցախից և ստեղծել այնպիսի պայմաններ, որ ունենանք տկար իշխանություն։
