Китайская вакцина от COVID-19 одобрена для военного использования

 Рекомбинантная вакцина от COVID-19, разработанная китайскими специалистами, получила одобрение для военного использования в стране, говорится в заявлении компании CanSino Biologics.
Рекомбинантная вакцина от COVID-19 (на основе аденовирусного вектора) Ad5-nCoV, совместно разработанная CanSino Biologics, Пекинским институтом биотехнологий и Академией военно-медицинских наук Народно-освободительной армии Китая, 25 июня получила специальное разрешение сроком на один год от управления по вопросам гигиены и здравоохранения объединённых сил материально-технического обеспечения при Центральном военном совете (ЦВС) КНР.
Сообщается, что первая и вторая фазы клинических тестов указанной вакцины прошли на территории Китая, полученные в результате испытаний данные показали хороший уровень безопасности и высокий уровень гуморального и клеточного иммунного ответа.
"Общие клинические результаты показывают, что вакцина Ad5-nCoV обладает потенциалом для предотвращения возникновения заболеваний, вызываемых коронавирусом SARS-CoV-2", - говорится в заявлении.
В компании подчеркнули, что вакцина Ad5-nCoV в настоящий момент ограничена лишь военным использованием, для более широкого применения необходимо будет отдельное разрешение соответствующего департамента ЦВС КНР. 
Как ранее сообщил комитет по контролю и управлению государственным имуществом КНР (SASAC), к концу этого года или в начале следующего разработанная инактивированная вакцина от COVID-19 может поступить на рынок. В SASAC уточнили, что вакцинам необходимо пройти три этапа клинических тестов, и если эффективность и безопасность будут доказаны, только тогда вакцину можно будет допустить на рынок.
 
 
По имеющимся сведениям, в Китае уже шесть вакцин были допущены до клинических испытаний. Китайские специалисты ведут исследования и разработки различных видов вакцин от COVID-19 еще с самого начала эпидемии, однако до испытаний на людях пока допущены лишь рекомбинантные вакцины и инактивированные вакцины.
