ՎԶԵԲ-ը չի դադարեցրել ներդրումն Ամուլսարի ծրագրում․ «Լիդիան Արմենիա»

Երեկ որոշ շրջանակներ ոգևորությամբ լուր էին տարածել այն մասին, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը դադարեցրել է ներդրումն Ամուլսարի ծրագրում: Այդ մասին նշվում է «Լիդիանի» հայտարարությունում:

«Սկսենք նրանից, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը չի դադարեցրել ներդրումը, իսկ այս առնչությամբ տարածված հաղորդագրության մեջ մեջբերված Ֆիդանկա Մաքգրաթը ՎԶԵԲ ներկայացուցիչ չէ, այլ բնապահպանական հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամ:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը 2020թ. հունվարի դրությամբ հանդիսանում էր Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլի բաժնետեր։ 2020 թ. փետրվարին Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլը ստիպված եղավ ապացուցակվել Տորոնտոյի ֆոնդային բորսայից, Ամուլսարի շուրջ երկու տարվա ապօրինություններից հետո ստեղծված ֆինանսական խնդիրների հետևանքով, ինչն այլևս հնարավորոթյուն չէր տալիս շարունակել բաժնետոմսերի ազատ վաճառքը։

ՎԶԵԲ-ը և այլ բաժնետերեր դադարել են մաս կազմել Ամուլսարի ծրագրին բացառապես Հայաստանում տևական ապօրինության արդյունքում, և այս առիթով անհասկանալի է այս լուրը տարածող շրջանակների ոգևորությունը։ Այդ նրանց իրականացրած ապօրինության ու պատկան մարմինների անգործության հետևանքով են մի շարք հեղինակավոր բանկեր ու ներդրումային կազմակերպություններ կորցրել Հայաստանում օրինական բոլոր թույլտվություններն ունեցող ընկերության բաժնետոմսերում իրենց ներդրումը։ Ամուլսարի ծրագիրը կիրականացվի անկախ այս հանգամանքից, բայց այս խարանը դեռ երկար տարիներ կհետապնդի Հայաստանի ներդրումային հեղինակությունը և այս առիթով ուրախանալը, մեղմ ասած, հակապետական վարքագիծ է։

Եվ վերջում։ ՎԶԵԲ-ի դուրս մնալու առիթով ոգևորված շրջանակները տարիներ շարունակ ծաղրում էին ՎԶԵԲ չափանիշների մասին «Լիդիանի» բոլոր հիշատակումները, պնդելով, որ այդ չափանիշները «շղարշ են», և ՎԶԵԲ մասնակցությունը ոչ մի նշանակություն չունի։ Հարց է առաջանում, ինչի ՞ վրա են ուրախացել ապօրինություն իրականացնողները:

Ի դեպ, «Լիդիանը» շարունակելու է հետևել և' ՎԶԵԲ, և' ՄՖԿ չափանիշներին, անկախ այդ չափանիշների հանդեպ ոմանց զավեշտալի անհետևողական վերաբերմունքից: Ընկերությունը նաև շարունակելու է քննարկել ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ հետագա համագործացության շրջանակները Ամուլսարի ծրագրում»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում:

Նշենք, որ Civilnet.am-ը տեղեկատվություն էր տարածել, որի համաձայն Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը (ՎԶԵԲ) հայտարարել է, որ իր ներդրումները Ամուլսարի նախագծում դադարեցված են։
