2018-ից հետո դեգրադացիան թափ հավաքեց, որովհետեւ իշխանության եկած դեգրադացված նոր բջիջները սկսեցին քայքայել բոլոր ինստիտուտները եւ ավանդական-իներցիոն բոլոր հնարավոր պատկերացումները։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը։

Նա, մասնավորապես գրել է․

«Դեգրադացիա բառն առաջացել է լատիներեն gradior՝  քայլել բառից, որի առջեւ դնելով de նախածանցը, ստանում են քայլել ետ, ետընթաց, իջնել ներքեւ իմաստները։

Սակայն, դեգրադացիան եւս մի դիպուկ նկարագրություն ունի՝ օրգանիզմի պարզեցում, պրիմիտիվացում։ Օրինակ, կենսաբանության մեջ՝ օրգանիզմի բջիջների քայքայում եւ նրանց միջեւ եղած կապերի փլուզում։

Մինչեւ 2018 թվականը Հայաստանի դեգրադացիան թաքնված բնույթ ուներ։ Թաքնված չի նշանակում, որ մենք չէինք կռահում այդ գործընթացի առկայության մասին, այլ այն, որ այնուամենայնիվ կենտրոնաձիգ ուժը դեռ ավելի ուժեղ էր, քան կենտրոնախույսը ու հանրության բջիջները դեռ միասնական էին գոնե բացասական գործընթացների դեմ պայքարելու գործում։

2018-ից հետո դեգրադացիան թափ հավաքեց, որովհետեւ իշխանության եկած դեգրադացված նոր բջիջները սկսեցին քայքայել բոլոր ինստիտուտները եւ ավանդական-իներցիոն բոլոր հնարավոր պատկերացումները։

Հիմա մեզ ոչինչ չի միավորում, չկան չհեղինակազրկված ինստիտուտներ, պատկերացումներ ու նպատակներ։

Սա էր 2018-ին սկսվեց արդեն արագացված դեգրադացիոն գործընթացը։ Տեսեք «հեղափոխականներին» ու նրանց առաջնորդին, դրանք մտքի, պետականության զգացողության, պատասխանատվության պարզունակեցման նմուշներ են եւ որքան երկար ժամանակ դրանք մնան, դեգրադացիան կարող է անդառնալիության նշաձողը հատի»։
