Ռուսաստանում չարտոնված ակցիաների մասին Մոսկվայում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հրապարակումներն անուղղակի հանդիսանում են բացարձակ միջամտություն են Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերին եւ աջակցություն օրենքի խախտմանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը «Ռոսիա-1» հեռուստաալիքի «Մոսկվա. Կրեմլ. Պուտին» հաղորդման ժամանակ։

«Իհարկե, դրանք ոչ կոռեկտ հրապարակումներ են։  Եվ, իհարկե, դրանք անուղղակիորեն բացարձակ միջամտություն են մեր ներքին գործերին»,- ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ռուսաստանում անօրինական բողոքի ակցիաների վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հրապարակումները։  Պեսկովի խոսքով՝ դա "ուղղակի աջակցություն է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության օրենքի խախտմանը, չարտոնված ակցիաների աջակցություն»:

Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը նշել է, որ եթե ՌԴ դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը գրեր նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ում տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունների մասին, «իսկ դրանք այնտեղ շարունակվում են», ապա դա «որոշակի անհանգստություն կառաջացներ Վաշինգտոնում»: «Ահա միշտ ցանկանում եմ մեր դիմացինին խորհուրդ տալ իր վրա փորձել այդ իրավիճակը», - ընդգծել է Պեսկովը:

Մոսկվայում եւ ՌԴ այլ քաղաքներում հունվարի 23-ին տեղի են ունեցել չհամաձայնեցված ակցիաներ՝ ի պաշտպանություն ձերբակալված Ալեքսեյ Նավալնիի: Դատախազությունն ու ոստիկանությունը նախազգուշացնում էին չարտոնված միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու համար պատասխանատվության մասին։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էին, որ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան կողմից իրենց կայքում չարտոնված միջոցառումների անցկացման ժամանակի եւ վայրի մասին տեղեկատվության տեղակայումը դուրս է Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիների մասին հոգ տանելու շրջանակներից:
