Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ժողովրդական արտիստ, օպերային երգչուհի Հասմիկ Պապյանը և նկարչուհի, հասարակական գործիչ Զարուհի Մուրադյանը անձնական երաշխավորություններ են ներկայացրել Վահան Բադասյանի կալանքը փոփոխելու համար։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասած Վահան Բադասյանի փաստաբանը՝ Արայիկ Պապիկյանը։

Վերջինս նշեց, որ օրենքը սահմանում է կալանավորված անձի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխություն, որի ձևերից մեկն էլ անձնական երաշխավորությունն է․ «Դրա վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնում է դատախազը, ով կարող է բավարարել կամ մերժել։ Մենք հույս ունենք, որ դատախազությունը այդ անձանց հեղինակությունը և խոսքը կհարգի և կկայացնի դրական որոշում»,- ընդգծեց Վահան Բադասյանի փաստաբանը։

Արայիկ Պապյանը ասաց, որ բազմաթիվ այլ հարգարժան անձինք ևս այդպիսի ցանկություն են հայտնել․ «Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, նրանց երաշխավորությունները ևս  կներկայացնենք»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Մեր այն հարցին, թե Հասմիկ Պապյանից և  Զարուհի Մուրադյանից բացի էլ ովքեր են իրենց անձնական երաշխավորությունը հայտնել, փաստաբանը, չցանկացավ անուններ շեշտել՝ հավելելով․ «Այս պահին չեմ կարող նշել․ նախ վախենամ որևէ մեկի անունը մոռանալ, և հետո, նրանց թիվը անընդհատ ավելանում է։ Ամեն դեպքում առաջիկայում կփորձենք նրանց բոլորի մասին հանրությանը հայտնել»,- եզրափակեց Արայիկ Պապյանը։

Նշենք, որ Վահան Բադասյանին ԱԱԾ-ն ձերբակալել էին «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հնչեցրած իր արտահայտությունների համար։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ 2018 թվականին Վահան Բադասյանը թավշյա հեղափոխության ակտիվ մասնակից էր, որը ևս իր լուման է  ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իշխանության բերելու հարցում։ Իսկ հիմա ակտիվ հեղափոխականը կալանավորված է։
