ԱՄՆ-ն հանձնառու է աջակցել ԼՂ խնդրի քաղաքական կարգավորմանը. Բլինկենը շնորհավորել է ՀՀ անկախության օրը

Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 30-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ:

«ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը նշել է, որ անցնող 30 տարիների ընթացքում Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու Հայաստանը զարգացրել են ամուր գործընկերություն՝ հիմնված մարդու իրավունքների, օրենքի գերակայության և ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների հանդեպ հարգանքի վրա:

«Մենք գնահատում ենք Հայաստանի նվիրվածությունն ինչպես այս ընդհանուր արժեքներին, այնպես էլ՝ միջազգային հանձնառություններին, ինչը կենսական դերակատարում ունի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության ամրապնդման հարցում»,- նշել է Բլինկենը:

Նա բարձր է գնահատել ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող հայերի ներդրումը այդ երկրի կենսունակության ապահովման հարցում՝ արձանագրելով, որ այդ մշակութային առնչությունները, ինչպես նաև՝ կապերը մարդկանց միջև, ամրապնդում են կապը երկու ժողովուրդների միջև:

«Որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում է հանձնառու լինել՝ աջակցելու կողմերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության երկարատև քաղաքական կարգավորման բանակցություններում, ինչպես նաև ռազմական գործողությունների հումանիտար հետևանքները վերացնելու հարցում, այդ թվում և բոլոր գերիների ազատ արձակումը, անհետ կորածների ճակատագրերի պարզումը և աճյունների ամբողջական ու արագ փոխանակումը:

Այս կարևոր օրվա առթիվ մենք շնորհավորում ենք Հայաստանին և ակնկալում ամրապնդել մեր երկկողմ սերտ հարաբերությունները»,- եզրափակել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը:
