Ոոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում  հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած արտակարգ դեպքի փաստով, հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
 
Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 12:55-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն անհայտ քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել, ով հայտնել է, որ Շարուրի փողոցի 37 հասցեում քաղաքացու վրա քար է ընկել:
 
 Մինչ Շենգավիթի ոստիկանները պարզում էին ահազանգի իսկությունը, «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «դեմքի վերին երրորդականի պատռված վերքեր, դեմքի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել մի քաղաքացի:

Հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի և ոստիկանության Չարբախի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ խմբերը:

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ, 67-ամյա Սերգեյ Ջաղինյանն է:
 
Մինչ բժիշկները նրան բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում, ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12:40-ի սահմաններում, «Էլեկտրոն» Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերության փորձարարական լաբորատորիայում, նռնակի պայթուցիչը փորձարկելու ժամանակ տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, որի հետևանքով Ս. Ջաղինյանը վնասվածքներ է ստացել:
