Դատախազը պահանջել է ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, ՔԿ նախկին նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը և գրավոր ցուցումներով հետ ուղարկվել ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե՝ լրացուցիչ քննություն կատարելու համար։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից։

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն Աղվան Հովսեփյանի գործով նախաքննության ավարտ էր հայտարարել և գործն ուղարկել Դատախազություն։

Մասնավորապես, պաշտպանության կողմը նախաքննության ընթացքում միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով, որ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով հարցաքննվեն Վարշամ Ղարիբյանի՝ «Շանթի Յուրայի» գործը նախկինում քննած քննիչները և դատախազները՝ պարզելու իսկապես այդ գործերով Հովսեփյանը ցուցումներ է տվել՝ հօգուտ Ղարիբյանի որոշումներ կայացնելու։ Սակայն քննիչը մերժել է միջնորդությունը։ Որոշման դեմ պաշտպանի կողմից բողոք է ներկայացվել դատախազին, որն էլ բավարարել էր բողոքը և ցուցում տվել քննիչին՝ միջնորդությամբ բարձրացված բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ քննություն կատարելու համար։

Սակայն, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը նախաքննության ավարտ է հայտարարել չկատարելով դատախազի ցուցումը, ըստ որի պետք է հարցաքննվեին «Շանթի Յուրայի» գործը քննող քննիչներն ու հսկող դատախազները։ Արդյունքում դատախազը հետ է ուղարկել քրեական գործը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը ձերբակալվել է սեպտեմբերի 7-ին՝ առավոտյան։ Նախաքննական մարմինը շուրջ 1.5 տարի քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրել Հովսեփյանին և նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել։ Որպես կալանավորման հիմք մատնանշվել են նրա նախկինում զբաղեցրած բարձր պաշտոնները և որ նա կարող է ազդել քննության վրա։ 

Ըստ իրավապահների՝ Հովսեփյանը պաշտոնավարման տարիներին օրինականացրել է ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ 300 միլիոն դրամ, մասնակցել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնող մի շարք ընկերությունների կառավարմանը, ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 190 միլիոն դրամ կաշառք և խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է 800 միլիոն դրամ գույք. խոսքն ընդհանուր առմամբ 4 միլիոն 580 հազար դոլարի մասին է։

Մամուլում տարածված տեղեկություններով՝ քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել են ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ՕԵԿ Նախագահ, ԱԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը, Աժ պատգամավորներ և այլ պաշտոնյաներ:
