ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարարն ու Մոլդովայի մշակույթի նախարարն անդրադարձել են մշակույթի ոլորտում փոխգործակցությանը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանն ընդունել է աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Սերգիու Պրոդանին:

Ինչպես հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, նախարարին ուղեկցում էին Մոլդովայի ներդրումների գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Իոն Իորդաչին և Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարարության զբոսաշրջության գծով գլխավոր խորհրդական Դավիդ Լուպուսորը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Խզմալյանը, ԿԳՄՍՆ արտաքին կապերի և սփյուռքի վարչության պետ Արկադի Պապոյանը, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանի վարչության երկկողմ հարաբերությունների բաժնի պետ Հասմիկ Հասմիկյանը:

Հանդիպմանը նախարարի տեղակալներ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և Արա Խզմալյանը հյուրընկալվող կողմին հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել են Հայաստանում մշակույթի ոլորտում առկա գործընթացները՝ ընդգծելով առանձին ուղղություններում մասնագիտական կրթությանը միտված ծրագրերի իրականացման կարևորությունը: 

Զրույցի ընթացքում  քննարկվել են երկու երկրների միջև մշակույթի ոլորտում փոխգործակցության խորացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը, ինչպես նաև մշակութային կրթության ոլորտում  համատեղ  նոր ծրագրերի  ներդրմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր: Այս համատեքստում կողմերն անդրադարձել են կինոարտադրության ոլորտին, ժամանակակից արվեստի մյուս ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն ուղղված հնարավոր հեռանկարներին:

Որպես համագործակցության կարևոր բաղադրիչ՝ շեշտադրվել է կինոկրթության,    մշակութային արժեքների վերականգնող մասնագետների, գրադարանային գործի ոլորտում մասնագիտական կրթությանն ուղղված ծրագրերի համատեղ իրականացումը:

Խոսելով միջազգային համագործակցության ծրագրերի մասին՝ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը Մոլդովայի  մշակույթի նախարար Սերգիու Պրոդանին տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստանը «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա» ծրագրի «Մշակույթ» ենթածրագրին պաշտոնապես միացել է 2018 թվականին, ինչը հայաստանյան մշակութային գործիչներին հնարավորություն է տալիս համագործակցել եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ և ստեղծարար գործունեություն իրականացնել եվրոպական հարթակներում: Նախարարի տեղակալն առաջարկել է  այս հարթակում ևս համագործակցել՝ հանդես գալով համատեղ ծրագրերով:

Հայ-մոլդովական մշակութային համագործակցության նոր ուղիների զարգացման և նախանշված ծրագրերի իրականացման նպատակով կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև երկու նախարարությունների միջև 2022-2025 թթ. համար մշակույթի և արվեստի ոլորտում համագործակցության ծրագրի ստորագրման հեռանկարին:
