ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը հունիսի 28-ին վարել է ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների՝ Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ Տաջիկստանի պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների համակարգող առցանց հանդիպումը: Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է ԱԺ մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Հայկական կողմից առցանց հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Հայկ Չիլինգարյանը:

Ողջունելով գործընկերներին եւ հաստատելով օրակարգը՝ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը նշել է, որ աշխատանքային առցանց հանդիպման նպատակն է համակարգել միասնական դիրքորոշում մի շարք հրատապ հարցերում (միջազգային քաղաքականության եւ անվտանգության, փոխադարձ աջակցության)՝ հաշվի առնելով հետաքրքրություններն ու պետությունների պարտականությունները ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում:

Նշվել է, որ անցյալ տարի Հայաստանն ընդունել է ՀԱՊԿ նախագահությունը: Հայկական պատվիրակությունն արտահայտում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների խորհրդարանների կամքը՝ շարունակելու պարբերաբար հանդիպումների պրակտիկան ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ի դաշտում:

Նշվել է նաեւ, որ հունիսին Երեւանում տեղի է ունեցել մի քանի նշանակալի միջոցառում՝ ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհրդի, ՀԱՊԿ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի եւ ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգության խորհրդի կոմիտեի քարտուղարների նիստերը:

Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ տարբեր ձեւաչափերում մասնրամասնորեն քննարկվել են կազմակերպության հարցերը, կատարվել է աշխատանքների վերլուծություն, նախանշվել են հետագա քայլերը:

«Մենք խորհրդարանական դաշտում հավատարիմ կլինենք բարձր նշաձողին եւ մեր միացյալ ջանքերով կլրացնենք եղած պայմանավորվածությունները կոնկրետ բովանդակությամբ՝ դրանով իսկ բարձրացնելով ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ի ներդրումը մեր երկրների բազմակողմանի փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանը եւ ընդլայմանը»,- նշել է ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավարն ու հավելել, որ գնահատելով ընթացող գործընթացները՝ անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ավելի սերտ գործակցություն միջազգային կառույցներում:

Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը գործընկերներին է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱԺ-ի առաջարկություններն ու դիտողություններն այն հարցերի վերաբերյալ, որոնք պետք է քննարկվեն առաջիկա ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ նստաշրջանում՝ Բիրմինհեմում: Մասնավորապես, առաջարկություններից մեկը վերաբերում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում:

«Մենք առաջարկել ենք ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ Քաղաքական եւ անվտանգության հարցերով եւ Ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների եւ հումինատար հարցերի կոմիտեների բանաձեւերի նախագծերը լրացնել կետերով, որտեղ ուշադրություն ենք հրավիրում չլուծված հունիտար հարցերին, այն է՝ անհապաղ ազատումն ու վերադարձը բոլոր պահվող հայ անձանց, ինչպես նաեւ հայկական մշակութային եւ եկեղեցական ժառանգության պահպանմանն այն տարածքներում, որոնք անցել են ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ, մասնավորապես, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՈ-ի տեխնիկական առաքելության իրականացմանը»,-ասել է Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը:
