Այսօր` հուլիսի 2-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 14։05-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 34-ամյա  Նարեկ Իսրայելյանը իր վարած BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Խանջյան փողոցում՝ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի դիմաց, վրաերթի է ենթաիկել հետիոտնի, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, զանգահարել է շտապօգնություն և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբին օգնել է վրաերթի ենթարկվածին տեղափոխել «Էրեբունի» բժկական կենտրոն։

Այնուհետև վարորդն ահազանգել է ոստիկանություն։ Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են  ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում ուժեղացված ծառայություն են կատարել նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Հրայր Սանոսյանն ու Ազատ Ասատրյանը։  Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության. նա եղել է սթափ։ 

Վրաերթի մասին պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գոռ Թադևոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սամվել Սամվելյանի և հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գեղամ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վրաերթի փաստով Գ. Գալստյանի կողմից նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։  Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։

Պարեկային ծառայությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վրաերթի ենթարկվածի ինքնությունը։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
