Արցախի ներկայիս իրավիճակը հայոց նորագույն պատմության ջրբաժանն է․ եթե 88-ի շարժման կարգախոսն էր՝ Մահ կամ Ազատություն, այսօր հարցն այսպիսին է՝ Վերածնունդ կամ Մահ։ Ի՞նչ անել, ինչպե՞ս ընտրել առաջին՝ ՀԱՂԹԱԿԱՆ զարթոնքի, բեկումնային սխրանքի ճանապարհը։

Արցախահայությունն ու համայն հայությունը պետք է փորձի համախմբվել՝ մեր առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար, և եթե տեսնում ենք, որ իշխանությունը նման ցանկություն չունի, ապա պետք է ժողովրդական համախմբում տեղի ունենա, ժողովուրդը ինքնակազմակերպվի այս չարիքից ազատվելու, այդ թվում՝ պարտված իշխանության խարանից ազատվելու նպատակով։

Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանը։ 

Դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀ իշխանությունները, կարծեք, հրաժարվել են Արցախից, արցախյան հիմնախնդրից, պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտն էլ կարծես լռելյայն համակերպվել է այդ ամենին, արցախցի պատգամավորը նկատեց․

«Ոչ թե կարծես, այլ, այո՛, հայաստանյան իշխանությունները հրաժարվել են Արցախից, և տեսնում ենք, որ Արցախը իրենց համար միայն ու միայն սոցիալական հարցերով ինչ-ինչ աջակցության մակարդակում է հետաքրքիր, ընդհուպ՝ ոչ մի պատգամավոր չի համարձակվում ասել, որ «Արցախը չի՛ կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում»։

Դավիթ Գալստյանի բնորոշմամբ, քանի որ Արցախի իշխանությունները ձևավորվել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սրտի իշխանության թեկնածուների համախոհությամբ, այդիսկ պատճառով լուռ ընդունում են Փաշինյանի վարած քաղաքականությունը։

«Միայն հազվադեպ իրավիճակներում ենք տեսնում, երբ օրինակ Փաշինյանը խոսում է Արցախի հարցում նշաձողը իջեցնելու կամ ոչ հայանպաստ, Արցախին չբավարարող հարցերի մասին, Արցախի իշխանությունները ոչ թե հակադարձում են ՀՀ իշխանություններին, այլ ներկայացնում են Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերը՝ դրանով իսկ փորձելով երկարացնել իրենց իշխանությունը»,-շեշտեց Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավարը։
