Քաղաքական աշնանն ընդառաջ, որոշակի կանխատեսումներ ու սպասումներ կան․ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մի հատված շարունակում է պահանջել Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը, որոշ շրջանակներ պրոցեսներին հետևում են «վարագույրի հետևից», իշխանական թիմն էլ պատրաստվում է ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին։ Այս ամենը հիշեցնում է Կռիլովյան հայտնի առակը՝ կարապ, գայլաձուկ և խեցգետին գործողությունների անհամարժեքությամբ։

Ո՞ւր ենք գնում այսպես և ի՞նչ սպասել առաջիկայում․ պատասխանելով հարցին, քաղաքագետ, «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նկատում է՝ հարթակի ընդդիմությունը չի գիտակցել, որ բլից- կրիգային տրամաբանության մեջ հաջողել չի կարող: Առաջիկա շաբաթներին դա տեսանելի կլինի․ «Հայաստանին պետք է որակապես նոր ընդդիմություն՝ արժեքային նոր համակարգով, ինստիտուցիոնալ ու բովանդակային նոր լուծումներով»,-նշեց քաղաքագետը։

«Գլոբալ առումով՝ աշնանը տեղի է ունենալու խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության ինստիտուցիոնալ փոշիացում, իշխանության ներսում ավտորիտար միտումների խորացում ու սաղմնավորվելու է նոր ընդդիմության տեսլականը»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջին շրջանում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում ի հայտ եկած որոշակի խնդիրներին ( հիշենք ՌԴ դեսպանատան բողոքի նոտան ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին՝ «Սուրմալուի» ողբերգական միջադեպի առնչությամբ, ռուս խաղաղապահների էֆեկտիվության հարցում Փաշինյան-Լավրով տարըմբռնումները և այլն), Սուրենյանցը համոզված է․

«Դա խոսում է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա ճգնաժամի մասին: Մոսկվան խաղը շարունակելու հակվածություն ունի ու պրոիշխանական և պրոարևմտյան բոլոր այն ուժերը, որոնք «համարժեք պատասխան» են պահանջում, նպաստում են հենց այդ խաղի տրամաբանությանը՝ ստեղծելով «ռուսաֆոբ» Հայաստանի պատկեր ու լեգիտիմացնելով տարբեր հարցերում Մոսկվայի ճնշման ուժեղացումը Երևանի նկատմամբ: Մոսկվայի հետ անկեղծ զրույց պետք է, բայց դա պետք է արվի դիվանագիտական խողովակներով, երկկողմ հանդիպումների ձևաչափում՝ առանց հակադրության, անտագոնիզմի բաղադրիչի»։

Քաղաքագետի պնդմամբ, Հայ- ռուսական հարաբերությունների ասիմետրիկ բնույթը, ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը, դիվանագիտական միջավայրը տեղ չեն թողնում հոխորտանքի համար: 

«Դրանով Մոսկվայի քաղաքականությունը չես փոխի, բայց ճանապարհ կբացես նոր ճնշումների համար, որին դիմակայելու ռեսուրս չունես, մանավանդ, որ անվտանգային ցանկացած մարտահրավերի պարագայում՝ Փաշինյանը դարձյալ հեռախոսազանգ ու օգնություն է աղերսելու Պուտինից»,- եզրափակեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
