Հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, ամերիկյան կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ, տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հեռախոսազրույցը: Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության պայմանագրի մշակման ու Ստեփանակերտի և Բաքվի միջև քննարկումների մեխանիզմի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ: 

Որքանո՞վ է իրատեսական համարվում Արցախ-Ադրբեջան ուղիղ շփումը, և ինչպե՞ս են մեկնաբանում Արցախում այդ մասին խոսակցությունները։ Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին ասաց հետևյալը․

«Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած ազգակործան քաղաքականության արդյունքում փաստացի ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ Ադրբեջանը ձեռք է բերել շատ մեծ լծակներ և կարող է այն օգտագործել իր առավելապաշտական ցանկություններն իրականացնելու համար, երբ Ադրբեջանը նպատակ ունի վերջնականապես կաթվածահար անել ոչ միայն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությունը, այլև ԼՂ հիմնախնդրին վերաբերվող ցանկացած բանակցային ձևաչափ, քանզի հայտարարում է,  որ ինքը պատերազմով լուծել է այդ հիմնախնդիրը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից խոսել Ստեփանակերտի և Բաքվի միջև քննարկումների մեխանիզմի ստեղծման մասին՝ ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ ուղղակի հրաժարում ԼՂ հիմնախնդրից և ձեռքերի լվացում Արցախից»։

Մեր զրուցակիցը շեշտեց՝ Արցախում այս հարցի շուրջ կա միասնական դիրքորոշում, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններ վարել հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ՝ բանակցային լիարժեք ձևաչափի վերականգնման դեպքում, որտեղ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչված է որպես լիիրավ կողմ: 

«Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է պարտավորված ներկայացնելու և պաշտպանելու Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքներն ու շահերը միջազգային հարթակներում: Այդ պարտավորություններն ու լիազորություններն ամրագրված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներպետական և միջազգային մի շարք փաստաթղթերով, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ փաստաթղթերով և 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ»,-ընդգծեց արցախցի գործիչը: 

Հակոբյանի խոսքով, եթե ՀՀ օրվա իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են իրենց պարտավորություններից, ապա հայ ժողովրդին մնում է միայն հեռացնել նման իշխանությանը:
