Քիչ առաջ համաշխարհային քաղաքական ամենամեծ ընտանիքներից մեկը՝ Կենտրոնամետ Դեմոկրատների Միջազգային Միությունը (CDI), տարածել է սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ին կազմակերպության Գործադիր մարմնի կողմից Պանամայում ընդունված հայտարարությունը, որի թարգմանությունը ներկայացնում եմ ստորեւ. Կենտրոնամետ Դեմոկրատների Միջազգային Միությունը (CDI) մեծ մտահոգությամբ է հետևում Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության հետընթացի վերջին միտմանը:

Մասնավորապես, մենք դատապարտում ենք Երևանի օդանավակայանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության (CDI անդամ) փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ առանց համապատասխան իրավական ծանուցումների կիրառված ուղևորությունների անսպասելի եւ աղաղակող արգելքը։

Հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն՝ կոպտորեն խախտվում են Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը, օրենքներն ու կարգավորումները։

Մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժը համընդհանուր իրավունք է, որը երաշխավորված է նաև Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ և կարող է սահմանափակվել բացառիկ հանգամանքներում, որոնք այս դեպքում հիմնավորված չեն։

Կենտրոնամետ Դեմոկրատների Միջազգային Միությունը (CDI) հիշեցնում է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին երկրում հիմնարար իրավունքների, ինչպիսին է ազատությունը, ժողովրդավարության և օրենքի գերակայության ապահովման իրենց ողջ պատասխանատվության մասին:

Կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի կառավարությանը դադարեցնել քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով շինծու գործերը և խուսափել մրցակիցների նկատմամբ իրավապահ մարմինների լիազորությունների հետագա չարաշահումից։
