Արցախը Հայաստանից սնուցող միակ էլեկտրագծի վթարված հատվածում վերականգնողական աշխատանքների իրականացմանն  ադրբեջանցիների կողմից  արգելք հանդիսանալը նշանակում է, որ հենց իրենք են արել դա։

Այս մասին  «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ»խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Հարությունյանը:

«Հավանականությունը շատ ցածր է, որ դա եղել է բնական վթար, որովհետև այդ տեղանքում ամբողջությամբ փոխված են հաղորդալարերը, մնացած բոլոր միջոցները։ Մյուս կողմից, արդեն երկրորդ օրն է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահների միջոցով բանակցություններ են ընթանում, որպեսզի մեր մասնագետները մոտենան վթարի վայր և իրականացնեն վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմից արգելում են, ինչը հենց խոսում է այն մասին, որ միտումնավոր կերպով, որպես լրացուցիչ ճնշման միջոց են օգտագործում: Մենք գիտենք նաև, որ գազի մատակարարման խափանումներ եղան այս ընթացքում, իսկ մի քանի օր է արդեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի խափանումներն են։ Այսինքն՝ փորձում են ամեն հնարավոր միջոցներով իրենց կողմից իրականացվող հումանիտար ճգնաժամը խորացնել»,-նշել է Ա. Հարությունյանը։

Նրա  խոսքով՝ ռուս խաղաղապահները ջանք չեն խնայում միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու ուղղությամբ և շահագրգռված են հարցի լուծմամբ։

«Չգիտեմ բանակցություններն ինչ արդյունք կունենան, բայց աշխատանքներ այդ ուղղությամբ կատարվում են»,-հավելեց ԱԺ «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ»խմբակցության ղեկավարը։

Ավելի վաղ Արցախի օպերատիվ շտաբից հայտնել էին, որ Ադրբեջանը թույլ չի տալիս վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել այն հատվածում, որտեղ վթարվել է Արցախը Հայաստանից սնուցող միակ բարձրավոլտ գիծը:

Ինչպես Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբից հայտնել էին՝ հունվարի 9-ին` ժամը 14։35-ին, Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ 110 կՎ Արցախը Հայաստանից սնուցող միակ բարձրավոլտ գծի 33-րդ կմ-ում արձանագրվել է վթար։ Ըստ սարքավորումներով արձանագրված տվյալների` վթարը գտնվում է Աղավնո-Բերձոր հատվածում։ Որոշում է կայացվել հանրապետության էլեկտրամատակարարումը իրականացնել տեղական արտադրող կայանների միջոցով՝ համապատասխան սահմանափակումներով։

Ելնելով տվյալ իրավիճակից` Հանրապետությունում հունվարի 10-ից իրականացվում են հովհարային անջատումներ:
