Մոսկվան հայ գործընկերներից նախաձեռնողական քայլեր է ակնկալում Հայաստանի տարածքում ՀԱՊԿ առաքելության տեղակայման վերաբերյալ առարկայական աշխատանքների վերսկսման ուղղությամբ։ Ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում այս հայտարարությունն է արել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։

Ինչպես նշել է դիվանագետը, պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հանրային քննադատությունը անարդյունավետ է։

«Անկեղծ ասած, տարակուսանք է առաջացնում Հայաստանի ղեկավարության ձգտումը՝ քննարկել կազմակերպության արդյունավետության հարցերը հենց նրա սահմաններից դուրս, երբ դրա համար ՀԱՊԿ-ում կան բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ձեւաչափերը, փոխգործակցության հաստատված ուղիները, եւ ամենակարեւորը՝ այդ կազմակերպության մասնակիցները, որոնք ոչ միայն պատրաստ են լսել այդ ամենը, այլեւ պատրաստ են աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ»,-ասել է Զախարովան։

Ինչպես նշել է ռուս դիվանագետը, Մոսկվան արձանագրել է Պրահայում հնչած գնահատականները, որոնք Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը տվել է այս երկրում ԵՄ առաքելությանը։ Հայաստանի վարչապետը նշել է, որ ԵՄ դիտորդներ հրավիրելու որոշումը հեշտ չէր, քանի որ այն անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չի տալիս, նշել է Զախարովան։

«Մենք հայ գործընկերներից քայլեր ենք ակնկալում Հայաստանի տարածքում ՀԱՊԿ առաքելության տեղակայման և մեր դաշնակցին օգնելու համատեղ այլ միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ առարկայական աշխատանքները վերսկսելու համար։ Ռուսական կողմը պատրաստ է այդ աշխատանքին, ինչի մասին Երևանում քաջատեղյակ են», – ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։
