«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՔՊ կուսակցության վարչության վերջին նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է` զբաղվեք Ալավերդու ՔՊ ավագանիով: Հրահանգը «կատարված է»։ Տեղեկացանք, որ վարչական լծակների միջոցով ՔՊ-ին հաջողվել է ինքնաբացարկի դիմում պարտադրել ՔՊ-ական ավագանու անդամ Մարգարիտա Աբգարյանին, ով թեեւ իշխող խմբակցությունից է, բայց անկախ հայացքներ ունի եւ դեմ էր Ալավերդու համայնքապետ, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության անդամ Արկադի Թամազյանին հեռացնելուն` իմպիչմենթ հայտարարելուն։

Մենք գրել էինք, որ Աբգարյանին մանդատից զրկելու առաքելությունը ստանձնել էր ձախողված քաղաքապետացու, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանի մայրը, ով Հունաստանում գտնվող Աբգարյանի անունից ինքնաբացարկի դիմում էր ներկայացրել ավագանուն:

Վերադառնալով Հայաստան՝ Աբգարյանը տեւական ժամանակ դիմադրել է, սակայն իշխանությունները բոլոր հնարավոր ճնշումները գործադրել են երիտասարդ կնոջ եւ նրա ընտանիքի նկատմամբ, եւ նա մանդատից հրաժարվել է՝ տեղը զիջելով երդվյալ ՔՊ-ականի: Այժմ ՔՊ-ն մարդագողության շնորհիվ մեկ մանդատի առավելություն ունի «Ապրելու երկրի» նկատմամբ եւ կարող է իմպիչմենթ հայտնել համայնքապետին:

Ալավերդու մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ դա ռիսկային է լինելու իշխանությունների համար, քանի որ համայնքի ղեկավար Թամազյանը վայելում է բնակիչների աջակցությունը, եւ կարող է բողոքի ալիք բարձրանալ, ուստի հնարավոր է, որ իշխանությունը պլան Բ-ն իրագործի` Ալավերդիում նոր ընտրություններ անցկացնի, քանի որ սեպտեմբերից ի վեր համայնքում ավագանու նիստեր չեն կայանում:

Ճիշտ է` «Ապրելու երկիրն» ու ՀԱԿ-ն այստեղ մեծամասնություն են, բայց ՔՊ-ն «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության անդամ Սիմոն Զախարովին է «գողացել» եւ թույլ չի տալիս, որ քվորում ապահովվի, եթե դա 3 ամիս ձգվի, կարող է ավագանին լուծարելու եւ նոր ընտրություններ նշանակելու հիմք դառնալ»:
