Արցախի հարցը, իհարկե, փակված չէ, և մեր առաջնահերթ նպատակը Արցախի ժողովրդի սուբյեկտայնության պահպանումն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 10-ին, արցախյան հիմնախնդրի շուրջ քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը։

«Սա նշանակում է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ստեղծած սուբյեկտը՝ Արցախի ժողովուրդը, գոյություն ունի որպես սուբյեկտ, գոյություն ունի թեկուզ այն պայմաններում, երբ նրա պետության տարածքն ամբողջությամբ օկուպացված է, և մեր առաջնահերթ նպատակն Արցախի ժողովրդի սուբյեկտայնության պահպանումն է»,- նշել է պատգամավորը՝ ընդգծելով արցախցիներիի ոչ միայն որպես առանձին անձանց, այլև որպես ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ինչպես նաև Արցախի ինստիտուտների գործունեությունը ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Քրիստինե Վարդանյանն ընդգծել է, որ Արցախի հարցը քաղաքական է, և այն լուծելու համար չպետք է խուսափել քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելուց։

Նա նշել է, որ ներկայումս պայքար է գնում երկու քաղաքական ծրագրերի միջև։

«Դրանցից մեկի համաձայն, ասվում է, որ Արցախի հարցը փակված է, և այն ամբողջովին անջատված է հայկական հարցից, և դրանք երկու հարցեր են, որոնք իրար հետ կապ չունեն։ Սա, իհարկե, հակասում է ոչ միայն մեր պետական ​​հիմնարար փաստաթղթերին, այլև այն տրամաբանությանը, որով մենք առաջնորդվել ենք անցած 30 տարվա ընթացքում»,- ընդգծել է պատգամավորը։
