Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 20-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Աբովյան-Նուբարաշեն ավտոճանապարհին՝ Ջրվեժի ձորում, տղամարդու դի կա։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել է նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին, որտեղից էլ այն փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված հատվածում՝ ծառի տակ, հայտնաբերել են Երևանում հաշվառված 56-ամյա Արթուր Մակաչյանի դին։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մարմինը եղել է նեխած և կենդանիների կողմից հոշոտված։

Դեպքի փաստով Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում սպանության հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա. Մակաչյանը այս տարվա փետրվարի 22-ից որպես անհետ կորած որոնվում էր ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի կողմից։
