Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի լիազորությունները ԲԴԽ-ում սեփական դիմումի համաձայն դադարեցվելուց կարճ ժամանակ անց ԲԴԽ-ն կքննի նրան կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցը։ «Փաստինֆո»-ն տեղեկացավ, որ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական պալատի դատավոր, ԲԴԽ արդեն նախկին անդամ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի նկատմամբ կարգապահական վարույթ է հարուցել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը՝ դեռևս ապրիլի 22-ին։ Այսինքն՝ վարույթի հարուցումից երկու շաբաթ անց է Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը պաշտոնից ազատման դիմում ներկայացրել, երբ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունն արդեն դիմել էր ԲԴԽ՝ պահանջելով պատասխանատվության ենթարկել նրան։

Ավելին, կարգապահական վարույթը դատավորի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է դեռևս փետրվար ամսին, որի ժամկետը երկարացվել է 2024թ ապրիլի 10-ին։

Մայիսի 13-ի որոշման համաձայն՝ ԲԴԽ-ում միջնորդությունը կքննարկվի մայիսի 27-ին՝ ժամը 10,00-ին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԲԴԽ անդամ, Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական պալատի դատավոր Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի լիազորությունները ԲԴԽ-ում դադարեցվել են մայիսի 2-ին՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն։

Թե ինչն է եղել դիմումի պատճառը՝ պաշտոնական պարզաբանում առ այս պահն առկա չէ, սակայն շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն՝ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը տարաձայնություններ է ունեցել ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի հետ, իսկ տարաձայնությունների պատճառը եղել է Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի դեմ բողոքները։ Մասնավորապես, փաստաբանական համայնքը բազմիցս ահազանգել է, որ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի վարույթում գտնվող գործերով որոշումներն ամիսներ շարունակ, երբեմն՝ տարիներով չեն տրվում կողմերին, թեև նման խախտման համար մի շարք դատավորների լիազորություններ են դադարեցվել, այդ թվում՝ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի քվեարկությամբ։

Չի բացառվում, որ հենց այս բողոքների հիմքով էլ հարուցվել է կարգապահական վարույթը, ինչն էլ դարձել է Կարեն Անդրեասյանի, ԲԴԽ անդամների և Նաիրա Հովսեփյանի միջև տարաձայնությունների առարկա։ Ի դեպ, շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն՝ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել նաև դատավորի պաշտոնից, սակայն ԲԴԽ անդամները համոզել են նրան հրաժարվել այդ դիմումից և բավարարվել են միայն ԲԴԽ-ում նրա պաշտոնից ազատվելով։

Հատկանշական է, որ Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը բավականին մոտ հարաբերություններ ունի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ, համենայն դեպս, հաճախ է նկատվում վերջինիս հետ թևանցուկ քայլելիս, թեև դատավորն ինքնին պարտավոր է քաղաքական զսպվածություն ունենալ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ կարծիք կար, որ դա էր, ի թիվս այլնի, նրան արտոնյալի կարգավիճակ ապահովում։
