Azerbaijan seeks propaganda success after heavy losses in battle

Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense has condemned Azerbaijan’s disinformation campaign in a recent statement criticizing a letter ascribed to a lieutenant-general of its Defense Army.
“The adversary turns out awkward not only on the battlefield but also on the propaganda front. The ‘specialists’ of Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense have probably heard that there is such a thing as propaganda warfare, but they haven’t considered the fact that they need at least minimal knowledge to take special psychological measures.
“Having sustained painful losses on the battlefield, the Azerbaijanis have apparently decided to seek success on the propaganda platform. Libeling a semi-literate letter, which was allegedly written by a Defense Army commander, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s ill-fated propagandists lacked the mere understanding of the fact that in order to recruit Armenians, they need at least to know the Armenian language on a sufficiently good level.
“The letter’s style or literacy, or rather, illiteracy, do not need any comments.
“We can add only that Lieutenant-General of the Defense Army (Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense) Levon Mnatsakanyan has never had that kind of signature,” he added.
