ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունն ու Ժողովրդավարության զարգացման հիմնադրամը քննարկել են Հռոմի ստատուտի հետվավերացման գործընթացը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղար Սիրվարդ Գևորգյանն ընդունել է Ժողովրդավարության զարգացման հիմնադրամի ծրագրերի ավագ ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Խաչատրյանին ու «Արդարադատություն և մարդու իրավունքներ» ծրագրերի ղեկավար Արփի Հարությունյանին:

Արդարադատության նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն, հիմնադրամի գործընկերները ներկայացրել են ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ծրագիրը, որը կնպաստի Հռոմի կանոնադրության գործիքակազմերի պատշաճ կիրառման ապահովմանը: 

Նախատեսվում է նաև ձևավորել պլատֆորմ՝ ապահովելու քաղաքացիական հասարակության և պետական մարմինների միջև համագործակցության արդյունավետությունը:

Սիրվարդ Գևորգյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հռոմի կանոնադրության հետվավերացման գործընթացում քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներգրավվածությունը և ներկայացրել է հետվավերացման փուլում Արդարադատության նախարարության համակարգմամբ իրականացված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև առկա համագործակցությունը միջազգային ու ներպետական մյուս գործընկերների հետ:

Սիրվարդ Գևորգյանը նաև նշել է, որ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի հետ համագործակցությունը կարգավորող օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ ակնկալվում է առաջիկայում ստանալ հենց դատարանի դիտարկումները:

Կողմերը քննարկել են հետագա համատեղ քայլերը և պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել նախանշված ուղղություններով համագործակցության իրականացման վերաբերյալ:
