Այսօրվա խոսքս ուղղում եմ Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Վրթանես եպիսկոպոս Աբրահամյանին ՀԱՍԵ Արցախի թեմ: Այս մասին գրել է մեդիա փորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանը:

«Սրբազա’ն Հայր

Մեր բոլորիս աչքի առաջ, օգտվելով արցախահայության դժվար կացությունից և հասարակ մարդկանց որոշակի անտեղյակությւոնից, արցախահայության գլխին հերթական պատուհաս են առաջացնում։

Շուրջ հազար արցախցի երեխա պատրաստում են ուղարկել Հունգարիա` երկիր, որն արտահանձնել է քնած վիճակում Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին կացնահարած Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին։

Հունգարիայի ջերմ բարեկամական վերաբերմունքը Արցախի Հանրապետության դահիճ Ադրբեջանի նկատմաամբ փաստերով նկարագրված է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի գրառման մեջ։

"Հունգարիան այն երկիրն է, որն ավանդաբար ունեցել է պրոթուրքական և պրոադրբեջանական դիրքորոշում, մասնավորապես Արցախի հարցում։

Հունգարիան այն երկիրն է, որը մարդասպան Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին արտահանձնել է Ադրբեջանին։

Հունգարիան այն երկիրն է, որ Արցախի ցեղասպանությունից և էթնիկ զտումից հետո ամենաբարձր մակարդակով՝ երկրի վարչապետի մակարդակով, մասնակցել է հայաթափված և օկուպացված Շուշիում թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովին։

Շրջափակման օրերին Արցախում տեղի ունեցողի վերաբերյալ պետք է լիներ Եվրամիության անդամ բոլոր 27 երկրների համատեղ հայտարարություն, սակայն Հունգարիան արգելափակել է այն։

Ես լավ հիշում եմ Հունգարիայի ներկայացուցչի ընդգծված պրոադրբեջանական ելույթը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում, երբ քննարկվում էր շրջափակման հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված ծանր հումանիտար վիճակը։

Այսքանից հետո արցախցի երեխաների համար ճամբարներ կազմակերպելն ուղղակի երեսպաշտություն է և էժանագին «հումանիտար ժեստ», որին պետք չէ տրվել։"

Անհասկանալի է ինչու այդ ծրագիրը անցկացնելու համար ընտրվել է հենց Հունգարիան, այլ ոչ թե ,օրինակ,բարեկամական Ֆրանսիան։

Անհայտ է ճամբարի անցկացմանը հատկացված միջոցների իրական աղբյուրը։

Անհայտ է , թե ով է տիրապետելու այդ երեխաների կենսաչափական տվյալներին ու ինչ նպատակով է այն օգտագործվելու ապագայում։

Անհայտ է ,ինչո՞ւ են խաղում արցախցիների արժանապատվության հետ,օգտվելով շատերի ծանր սոցիալական ու հոգեկան վիճակից։

"Եթե ուզում ես հաղթես թշնամուն, դաստիարակիր նրա երեխաներին"։

Հենց այդ հրեշավոր ծրագիրն է իրականացնում Ադրբեջանը, այդ թվում իր թյուրք բարեկամ Հունգարիայի միջոցով։

Սրբազան Հա՜յր

Այս ծրագիրը պետք է օր առաջ կանգնեցվի, իսկ երեխաների ծնողները պետք է հստակ պատկերացնեն իրականությունը։

Սա բոլորիս արժանապատվության հարցն է, ինչպես նաև մեր արցախահայերի երեխաների ապահովագրումն է թշնամի Ադրբեջանի ներկա և ապագա քայլերից։

Խոնարհաբար հայցում եմ Ձեր արձագանքը և կոչը ՀԱՍԵ Արցախի թեմի բոլոր հավատացյալներին։
