Նա, ով գիտի անցյալը, հասկանում է ներկան և կարող է կանխատեսել ապագան: 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցավ ազգային առցանց համաժողով՝ «Հայաստան. Կլիմայական սպառնալիքներ» խորագրով: 

Այս աննախադեպ իրադարձությունը ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակվեց ավելի քան 5 ժամ՝ 18 լեզուներով՝ համաժամանակյա թարգմանությամբ: Միջոցառման մասնակիցները՝ կամավորներ, գիտնականներ, հասարակության տարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետներ, բարձրաձայնեցին տեղեկություններ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում են Հայաստանի և յուրաքանչյուր մարդու անվտանգությանը։

Գիտաժողովի մասնակիցները՝ ԱԼԼԱՏՌԱ միջազգային հասարակական շարժման հայաստանյան կամավորները, ովքեր ավելի քան 10 տարի աշխատում են գիտնականների հետ կլիմայի գլոբալ փոփոխության հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ, հարկ համարեցին դիմել իրենց հայրենակիցներին և զգուշացնել բոլորին, թե ինչ կլիմայական խնդիրների կբախվի մեր երկիրը`առաջիկա տարիներին։ Համաժողովին ներկայացվել է Հայաստանի կլիմայի և սեյսմիկ սպառնալիքների վերլուծությունը։

Ցուցադրվեցին տեսանյութեր և վավերագրական ֆիլմեր՝ կլիմայի փոփոխության իրավիճակի մասին կանխատեսումներով։ Յուրաքանչյուր հայ հիշում է, թե որքան լուրջ կարող են լինել աղետների հետևանքները, երբ մենք պատրաստ չենք դրանց։ Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի ողբերգությունը ցավ է արձագանքում բոլորի սրտում: Բայց դա կարելի էր կանխել՝ խուսափելով բազմաթիվ զոհերից ու ավերածություններից։ Բայց այն, ինչ հիմա սպառնում է Հայաստանին, չի կարելի համեմատել Սպիտակի հետ։

Սա շատ ավելի լուրջ ու վնասակար է, ինչի մասին են վկայում թվերն ու գիտահետազոտական տվյալները։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով այս համաժողովը կազմակերպվել է նախագծի մասնակիցների և հետազոտական թիմի կողմից, որպեսզի տեղեկատվությունը հասնի յուրաքանչյուր հայի, քանի դեռ կլիմայական պայմանները և հետագա աղետները չեն թակել մեր դռները:

Սակայն, չնայած իրավիճակի բարդությանը, լուծումը գոյություն ունի։ Հակառակ դեպքում իմաստ չէր ունենա բոլոր մարդկանց այս լայնածավալ իրազեկումը կլիմայի փոփոխության և առաջիկա վտանգի մասին։ Ելք կա, և այն բարձրաձայնել է նաև հայազգի հայտնի ամերիկացի գիտնական, պրոֆեսոր Էգոն Չոլակյանը:

Համաժողովում ներկայացվեցին տեկտոնական թիթեղների բեռնաթափման, հրաբուխների գազազերծման, ինչպես նաև մթնոլորտային ջրի առաջացման մի քանի կարևոր տեխնոլոգիաներ՝ կլիմայական աղետների հետևանքները մեղմելու բնական գործընթացներ սկսելու համար։

Այս տեխնոլոգիաներն արդեն կարող են փրկել միլիարդավոր կյանքեր։ Բայց որպեսզի դրանք հասանելի դառնան մարդկանց, բոլորը պետք է իմանան դրանց մասին և հանրային պահանջ ստեղծեն դրանց արագ կիրառման համար: Այս համաժողովը դիտելուց հետո կասկած չկա, որ մենք հսկայական խնդիրներ ունենք կլիմայի հետ, բայց, հաշվի առնելով հասարակության ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումը, մեր առջև խնդիր է դրված, որը բոլորս միասին կարող ենք լուծել։

Ժողովրդական արտահայտություն կա. «Նախազգուշացվածը նախազինված է»։ Այս նյութը ստեղծվել է, որպեսզի հայ ժողովուրդն իմանա իրականությունը։ Հիմա ժամանակն է, երբ մեր ընդհանուր ապագան կախված է յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ընտրությունից:
