ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ՝ Երևանի 31–ամյա բնակչի առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ 

2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 7-ին` ժամը 15:57-ին, «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ դանակահարության հետևանքով «կրծքավանդակի թափանցող վերք, դանակահարություն» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել Երևան քաղաքի 31–ամյա բնակիչը, ով նույն օրը՝ ժամը 17:07-ին, տեղափոխվել է «Միքայելյան վիրաբուժության» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ ախտորոշվել է  «կրծքավանդակի թափանցող և հետույքի բազմակի կտրած ծակած վերքեր, քթի ոսկրերի կոտրվածք»։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն,  որի արդյունքում Երևան քաղաքի Տոլբուխինի փողոցի տներից մեկի դիմացի ճանապարհամերձ հատվածում՝ գետնին, հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են են արնանման հետքեր: Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել մի շարք անձինք։

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր Երևան քաղաքի 24 և 34 –ամյա բնակիչներ են։

Ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Երևանի 31–ամյա բնակիչը մարմնական վնասվածքը ստացել է Տոլբուխինի փողոցում նշված երկու տղամարդկանց հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 24 և 34–ամյա տղամարդկանց նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով:

Որոշում է կայացվել ազատության մեջ գտնվող մեղադրյալներին ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին: 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
