Կառավարությունը 1.9 մլրդ դրամ հատկացրեց 2017 թ.-ից մեկնարկած «Ինժեներական քաղաք» ծրագրին

Նախագծով նախատեսվում է «Թվային փոխակերպման գործընթացի իրականացում» ծրագրից չօգտագործված 1 մլրդ 940 մլն դրամ հատկացնել «Ինժեներական քաղաք» ծրագրին կառավարության նիստում հայտնեց բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը, զեկուցելով հերթական նախագիծը։

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի համաձայն, ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը հանդիսանում է ՀԲ-ի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող «Առևտրի խթանման և որակի ենթակառուցվածք» (TPQI 8390) վարկային ծրագրի Բյուջետային հատկացումների գլխավոր կարգադրիչ, իսկ Վարկային համաձայնագրում 2020 թվականի հունվարի 10-ին կատարված փոփոխությունների համաձայն ծրագրի միջոցառումների կատարող հանդիսանում է ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը:

Վարկային համաձայնագիրը երկարաձգվել է մինչև 2024թ. մայիսի 31-ը, սակայն աշխատանքներն ամբողջապես ավարտված չեն:

Նախարարաի խոսքով՝ ներկայում ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է իրականացնի ծրագրի իր բաժին ֆինանսավորումը և 1.9 մլրդ դրամից բացի նախատեսված է նաև 2025 թվականին հատկացնել ևս 1.1 մլրդ դրամ, ինչով էլ կավարտի իր պարտավորությունները։

«Այդ գումարից 1մլրդ 880 մլն դրամը կուղղվի Ինժեներական բիզնես աքսելերատորի շենքի կառուցման և կահավորման աշխատանքներին, 67.9 մլն դրամը այդ շենքի և ընդհանուր ենթակառուցվածքների պահպանման, սպասարկման աշխատանքներին»,-ասաց Հայրապետյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, քնի որ  «Ինժեներական քաղաք» ծրագի գլխավոր օպերատոր է ճանաչվել  «Ձեռնբարկությունների ինկուբատոր» հիմնադրմը, ապա նախատեսվում է սպասարկման պահպանման աշխատանքներն իրականացնել նշյալ հիմնադրամի հետ ծառայության պայմանագիր կնքելով։

Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ Ինժեներական քաղաքում արդեն 350 աշխատող կա, որից 300-ը ինժեներ են 22 ընկերություններից, որոնց կողմից արդեն արվել է 15 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ճշտեց, որ ինժեներական քաղաքում դեռ ազատ է 6 ընկերության համար հատկացված հատվածները։

Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին փոխանակման կետերում դոլարի, եվրոյի և ռուբլու փոխարժեքները նվազել են:
