«Ժողովուրդ». 7 բնակավայրերի համայնքապետը միլիոնատեր է․ ինչ ունեցվածք է հայտարարագրել Նորայր Սարգսյանը

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Վերջին 24 տարիներին ղեկավարելով Նաիրի համայնքը՝ Նորայր Սարգսյանը 28 մլն դրամով ավելացրել է իր տարեկան եկամուտները վերջին 2 տարում։

Նախ նշենք, որ Նաիրի խոշորացված համայնքի մեջ ներառված են 7 բնակավայրեր՝ Արագյուղը, Բուժականը, Զովունին, Զորավանը, Սարալանջը, Պռոշյանը եւ Քասախը։ 7 բնակավայր համակարգող Նորայր Սարգսյանը 1999 թվականից Եղվարդի համայնքապետն է եղել, և այժմ էլ՝ խոշորացումից հետո, շարունակում է ղեկավարել արդեն Նաիրի համայնքը։

Համայնքապետի պաշտոնում սա Նորայր Սարգսյանի 8-րդ պաշտոնավարումն է։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում համայնքի ղեկավարը դարձել է միլիոնատեր։ Մասնավորապես, Նորայր Սարգսյանի՝ 2023 թվականի հաշվետու տարվա հայտարարագրի համաձայն՝ նրա տարեկան եկամուտը կազմել է 32 մլն դրամ։

Սարգսյանն ունի 10 անշարժ գույք՝ 5 հողամաս, 3 հողին ամրակցված անշարժ գույք, 2 արտադրական նշանակության շինություն։ Անշարժ գույքերը ձեռք են բերվել տարբեր տարիների՝ ժառանգության կամ գնման եղանակով։ Խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Սարգսյանը հայտարարագրել է 1982 թվականի արտադրության տրակտոր «ՄՏԶ-82» մակնիշի։ Համայնքի ղեկավարի՝ կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովում եղած առաջին հայտարարագրի համաձայն, որ ներկայացվել է 2022 թվականին, անշարժ գույքերը փոփոխության չեն ենթարկվել։

Համայնքի ղեկավարի կանխիկ դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 29 մլն դրամ, սակայն 2021 թվականի հաշվետու տարվա հայտարարագրում առկա տվյալներում կանխիկ դրամական միջոցներն աճել են գրեթե 16 մլն դրամով։ Տեղեկացնենք, որ 32 մլն դրամ հաշվետու տարվա եկամտից 5 մլն 316 հազար դրամը աշխատանքի վարձատրություն է, որը ստացել է ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի «Նաիրիի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմ» համայնքային կառավարչական հիմնարկից։ 708 հազար դրամը կենսաթոշակ է ՀՀ միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունից։

Եկամտից 14 մլն 215 հազար դրամը 3 տարածքների վարձատրությունից ստացված եկամուտն է. այդ ընկերություններն են ԳԻՆՈՒ-ԿՈՆՅԱԿԻ ՏՈՒՆ «ՇԱՀՆԱԶԱՐՅԱՆ» ընկերությունը, «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ԷԼԵԿՏՐԱԿԱՆ ՑԱՆՑԵՐ»-ը և «ՍՄԵԼԼՈ» ընկերությունը: Նորայր Սարգսյանը, սակայն, թաքցրել է 4,5 մլն դրամ եկամտի աղբյուրը և տեսակը՝ գրելով՝ «այլ եկամուտ»։

Հարկ է նշել, որ համայնքապետ Նորայր Սարգսյանի՝ 2021 թվականի հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտը կազմել է 4 մլն 735 հազար դրամ: Ստացվում է, որ համայնքապետի հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտը 3 տարում աճել է 28 մլն դրամով»:
